Tenderfoot Thahd Major General Posted September 5, 2011 Share Posted September 5, 2011 In the long days of yore when I was a lad, I played the shareware games Jeff released repeatedly. By repeatedly I mean a lot. I never got around to buying the games. But today looking at another game released on steam (Avadon) I was suddenly reminded of how much fun I had in Exile, and look forward to buying all the wonderful spiderweb games of my youth that I only ever got as far as the shareware demon in. It became a running joke that Drakey, then the admin, wouldn't give me one solely because I was the token mod and high postcount member without one. When I hit 10k posts I switched to changing my name daily in protest. —Alorael, who changed his name exactly once before that.
