Unflappable Drayk adc.
To those who haven't heard of it, I guarantee you'll laugh with 99.99% chance. Unless, a black cat, a walking ladder, a broken glass, opening umbrella indoors or if you haven't thrown salt on your back, the 0.1% will divide/multiply itself.  WTF I can't stop laughing!!! -------------- -A

Well-Actually War Trall Actaeon
Humor is far more subjective than that. I'm not sure there's anything that actually has a 99.99% chance of producing laughter, except perhaps an electric shock to the proper portion of the brain. Magnificent Ornk nikki.
That wasn't funny at all; the baby panda sneezing made me jump because I foolishly had left my headphones on full, but that was the only display of emotion it triggered. Oh wait, that and some serious eye-rolling.
Easygoing Eyebeast Jerakeen
It is commonly asserted that a pun is the lowest form of humor. But even the vilest pun requires a fairly sophisticated understanding of language. Arguably, the lowest (and not incidentally the most universal) form of humor is a fart. Even a baby will laugh at a fart. Even the word will usually get a laugh from a child or adult, especially if uttered unexpectedly with a straight face. I don't know what this says about the human race.

Ineffable Wingbolt Mosquito---Slayer
what about a donkey eating figs That certainly gives a proper shock to my brain, I have read it 12 times and i end up laughing every time. Which brings me to the question:- why do some people laugh much more than others, is it something in the genes?

Well-Actually War Trall Actaeon
... Point granted. Actually, double point, 'cause there's at least one Monty Python sketch for every taste of humour.

Well-Actually War Trall Actaeon
Yes, but yours only focused on one instance of fatal hilarity, while the joke in the Monty Python sketch is universal in its effect, thus more successfully undermining my assertion that humor is subjective. Easygoing Eyebeast Trenton.
Panda Sneezing is not funny. It could be sick! Hare hunter changed his avatar? What has this world come to? I will never have a milestone topic. Until I reach 4,200 posts. Because, you know, 42 is epic. I rate this topic 6/5.
Well-Actually War Trall Actaeon
It's generally a good idea to only change your title or your avatar, not both at once, if you want to be recognized, Trenton. Nikki gets away with it 'cause we usually know he's doing a theme.

Magnificent Ornk nikki.
I don't much care for them - I skip past them most of the time. And besides, I've not had one for such a long time (excluding when I used them to expand jokes past my PunDNs) that it's probably some sort of gimmick. Easygoing Eyebeast keira
Personally, I always had signatures on, but the IPB has the ability to turn off sigs on a by-user basis. Which means I still get to enjoy normal sigs, and silence the ones that are obnoxious, have annoying colours, or somehow manage to take up a statistically significant portion of my massive screen. Edited October 27, 2012 by Sylae Actually, my signature is pretty large. Hypocrisy for the win!

If someone chooses to hide signatures, and they cannot recognize another member who has a distinctive signature, I'm inclined to say that is their own fault. Well-Actually War Trall Balladeer
I don't much care for them - I skip past them most of the time. Not that I read them often either, but you seem to be fretting that people don't recognize you. Tell you what I've decided to do. My avvie will always have the purple border that I use on my website. When I want a new avvie, I change the inside but people can easily tell it's me. Not that I change my name all that often or that anyone would notice if I did or that I'm here enough for it to make a difference... just sayin'. Throwin' out suggestions fer ya.
