The Mystic

Recommended Posts

Tomorrow, the world! (Sort of appropriate, considering I'm posting this around midnight, local time.)

After all these years, I finally hit over 3000 posts. I was planning to celebrate by posting 3000-related images, but since this post's number (3003) is a palindrome, I'll do that instead.

First, some music:

Quote:
Bob

I, man, am regal - a German am I

Never odd or even

If I had a hi-fi

Madam, I'm Adam

Too hot to hoot

No lemons, no melon

Too bad I hid a boot

Lisa Bonet ate no basil

Warsaw was raw

Was it a car or a cat I saw?

Rise to vote, sir

Do geese see God?

"Do nine men interpret?" "Nine men," I nod.

Rats live on no evil star

Won't lovers revolt now?

Race fast, safe car

Pa's a sap

Ma is as selfless as I am

May a moody baby doom a yam?

Ah, Satan sees Natasha

No devil lived on

Lonely Tylenol

Not a banana baton

No "x" in "Nixon"

O, stone, be not so

O Geronimo, no minor ego

"Naomi," I moan

"A Toyota's a Toyota"

A dog, a panic in a pagoda

Oh no! Don Ho!

Nurse, I spy gypsies - run!

Senile felines

Now I see bees I won

UFO tofu

We panic in a pew

Oozy rat in a sanitary zoo

God! A red nugget! A fat egg under a dog!

Go hang a salami, I'm a lasagna hog

Then, some Latin:

Code:
ROTASOPERATENETAREPOSATOR
Also written as:

Code:
SATORAREPOTENETOPERAROTAS

And now, a preemptive strike, since I know it's coming:

Well, like I said, I knew it was coming. It's not for nothing I chose "The Mystic" as my PDN. Also, Tyran, I've been meaning to ask: Is your avatar the first Doctor? I've never seen him in color.

A local, Al, a cola.

Just thought I'd throw in a few more palindromes. grin

Maybe not, but they're fun while they last.

The (somewhat) famous mathematician John Edensor Littlewood once published a paper in a French journal, after getting it translated by a colleague. He therefore attached three footnotes (originally in French):

2. The author would like to thank Professor Riesz for translating the previous footnote into French.

3. The author would like to thank Professor Riesz for translating the previous footnote into French.

But he stopped at that point, and did not continue forever, on the grounds that he had in fact produced the third footnote without help from Professor Riesz, by just copying the second footnote.

Yeah, I've done that several times before. Triumph jut beat me to the punch this time.

No matter. I will hide my time until the next milestone thread, which should be in around three weeks by my estimation.

Oh please. You just don't have enough dedication to post up to 100 in roman numerals, the whole alphabet, 123456789 and 0, AND from 195-200. And then post a reply to every post on the forums.

And yet he has enough dedication to post quality, not quantity.

Yeesh. Everyone else was spamming. Why am I being yelled at just for doing it more excessively?

Because you are ridiculous about it. Find a level that is in moderation. It is irritating when I see a new post in General and it's "YOU'RE NOT MAN ENOUGH TO SPAM AS MUCH AS I DO".

Everything to say has already been said, unless we invent a new word. See:

Whoo! You used my question mark!

In a completely un-related note, a stupid text enhance thing makes atleast 5 words on every page look like a link. Does anyone know how to turn it off? I am getting tired of clicking on things I think are links that only make things pop up with ads with text enhance at the top.
