Burgeoning Battle Gamma Ganduv
Yeah I just finished clearing out Western Passes and after I finished the Gazer at the end I didn't feel like walking back so I used the Exitzone cheat and now I have an entrance to the Shaper Citadel marked on my map... is there any way this can ruin my game plot or skip me ahead in the story or anything like that? Or should I just ignore it and its existence will become apparent later in the plot?
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Ignore it. Whatever you do, don't go to the Shaper Citadel until you've been given orders to do so. This is a bug that sometimes happens when you use the exitzone cheat, and it will ruin your game if you visit the Shaper Council now. Well-Actually War Trall Acky
No, then you're forced into an ending, if I recall correctly. One guy did it a while back, and even though he was a loyalist, had to go through with the Astoria Ending. The Great Archon
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
You get strange results for the endings because the sdf isn't set correctly for your faction.
Unflappable Drayk Sleeping Dragon
Uh, you didn't happen to see my topic on a similar subject, did you Randomizer? You might know something that can help me.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
I saw it, but you have to pretty much try it on your own. All I can say is look at the dlg script for your desired faction and then copy the sdf code section over to another script in the INIT section to try and set the desired flags to get you on track for your faction. I'm not sure how well this will work.
Unflappable Drayk Sleeping Dragon
Uhg, I wouldn't know how to go about doing any of that. I thought sdfs could simply be entered in the shift-d window. I'm not really qualified to alter the scripts themselves.
Well-Actually War Trall A less presumptuous name.
One of the walkthrough/guides out there has all of the ending texts. It's not quite as satisfying, but the text is the same, and you can hum the endgame music if you'd like.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
You could try this using the shift D sdf 34 9 11 sdf 100 18 1 sdf 100 16 1 But I don't know if this will fix the problem.
Unflappable Drayk Sleeping Dragon
Hmm, typed it in before ordering the final attack on Ghaldring, but it didn't work. But thank you so much for trying, Randomizer.
