  1. Your description sounds like it's straight out of Walden.

  3. One or two other people have mentioned this. Jeff mentioned that it is most likely a corrupt game file, so uninstall and reinstall the game. If that doesn't fix it, you may have a corrupted save.

  6. There is also the saying that "common sense ain't so common."

  10. It's an illusion, and the drake is really good at messing with your mind. He can hide just how much damage he's taken, or at least make it look like all of his images have the same damage. As far as game mechanics goes, you just have to deal a certain amount of damage to the real drake a certain number of times (I don't like numbers) before the final fight, and he has (I would guess) a predetermined health for that fight.

I kill all the baddies I find for exp, and the number for the quest is always less than the number that I kill.
  13. Nope, this is new. And, quite possibly, terrifying. Although I suppose Lilith can't be worse than that one weird kid, Alorael. And Aran is mostly gone, isn't he?

  18. I mean Jeff's personal policy, not Apple's vague load of crap they give to everyone. Mac rocks, Apple can be a bit obnoxious.
  19. Yeah, I think the board agreed that access to the scripts is one of the big benefits of paying the full $25 to Spiderweb. And I feel as though Jeff has some sort of refund policy through the MAS, but I'm not sure. It may be worth looking into.
  20. So is Agnates angry because he feels the computer version should be less expensive, or that the iPad version should be more expensive? The first point has been argued thoroughly, and the second point seems like a waste of breath. If it's really such a matter of principle, he or she could offer to donate an extra $15 for each iPad version purchased. Or pay each computer purchaser $15 in refund.

Drat, I guess I can't use this thread as an excuse to ask if anyone has seen DV since, what was it, G5? Oh wait, did I just use this thread anyway?
  22. Modding is actually commonplace for Spiderweb games. The trick is, you have to have the non-MAS version. It's one of the pros of buying straight from the company - full access to all scripts.
  23. I just realized this from another thread. While the iOS versions are cheaper, they, like the MAS versions, don't allow for any access to the game scripts. It's a trade off, I guess.
