If the option to "dislike" was added I wonder how it would effect the ranking? With out the "dislike" every thing is skewed in favor of the "like" as choosing not to like is not the same as the "dislike" option.

I have known two August's, both female.

First thing that came to mind upon reading this thread was a NPR bit on pin numbers. As for me I have just over 10, longer than 16 digit passwords that I use. I also have them written down on a paper next to my computer. No where on the paper does it say where to use any of the passwords as I only keep that stored in my head. Edit: The center tab of an Excel spreadsheet has never looked so fine before. I love a good set of numbers in a string of formulas.

After answering each question(2 and 3 had multiple boxes checked) I press vote and got this: "You must cast your vote in each question of the poll." I did vote in each question of the poll. 47%; Fantasy, Modern Fantasy, Pre Medieval; Other; AIM, Roll 20; GMT-8; Either. I voted in Iffys thread also and got the same error until changed my answers in one of the questions. I don't remember which. Is anyone else having problems filling in this poll? EDIT: Turns out I missed the very last question three times. Not filling in a question doesn't let you vote it turns out.

We should put forward amendments to the CoC, and then debate the amendments and filibust it just to pick on each other for having a better an idea we didn't. I want a CoC that is unreadable as the laws of the lands and includes the political asshattery.

I played piano because my mother made me. Once I turned 11 I got it in my head to tell her that I hatted playing the piano and she let me stop. At about age 22 I started to regret that I told her I wanted to stop playing and she listened to me. Kids never know what is best for them.

A quick thought on the matter of censorship in colleges and universities is that we need to take into account if it is a public or private institution, and then to whom is that institution accountable too?

Now that Daylight savings time has started the sun sets at 4:25ish p.m. in the afternoon. With the time change the University of Idaho's counselling center makes sun lamps available to students to use to help prevent or lessen the effects of seasonal depression. I've been using them since my sophomore year here since I only get about an hour of natural sunlight most days due to my class scheduled. Sunlight makes a slight difference in my daily mood, but a huge difference in my long term perspective during the winter. Seasons can effect you, and there are ways to balance those effects too.
