That's not true. I ended the game with a level 55 human with two disadvantages. Far ahead of the normal soloing rate (around 40-45). It's still not enough to make up for all the free skills, but it should be pointed out that only monster xp is lowered with level, not quest.

Try that while soloing. Dexterity is the most overpowered skill ever.

Anatomy (and possibly lethal blow) may have something to do with this.

Dexterity, defense and hardiness counteract that quite nicely.
