  1. Litalia was a minor stooge, and most people ended up killing her. Also, she had doubts about what she was doing. Tullegolar, you seem to have everything figured out. How do you plan to deal with the inevitable dissentious apprentice of G1-3 fame? What happens when some young canister-popping punk strolls in and tries to destroy your entire army? How will you stop him?

Once you do that, the barrier will fade, and you can fight the master of the pit. If I believe right, there are six pools to destroy. IceVampire, also check the north wall for a hidden passage. By the way, just to be clear: the north wall in question is the north wall of the boss monster's lair.
  3. Forgive me if I'm wrong, but I thought Alwan left you at the end of the third island if you were a rebel?
  4. Yes, she does. I believe her room is in the northwest corner, where you originally made a copy of the scrolls.
  5. The only government official of Gale's province who will be of any help will be General Baziron, to the north.

  7. The isle south of Gale has a tower at its very bottom tip. It's the Tower of Zkal, which holds the Ring of Endless Magery.

Now I've been dazed. However, I've seen nasty arguments on forums because of miscommunication, and I certainly do not want to start a war. Oh, don't worry. None of this is aimed at you. Not directly, anyway. Quote: Originally written by Dikiyoba: Originally by Rakshasi: Quote: Oh, and I had needles jammed into my "f" key, so I had to click the fight button manually every time. So what did you do when a combat started automatically? Did you run out of view, manually end the combat, manually start the combat, and run back into view again? Dikiyoba. I made an oath than whenever I automatically entered combat, I would drop all missile weapons and absorb all of my creations. So I tried to avoid that.
  9. You're all wimps. I once played through Geneforge 3 without even talking to anyone, nor attacking anything which used a total number of pixels greater than 50. I was using a Shaper, but I absolutely refused to train in Intelligence. Oh, and I had needles jammed into my "f" key, so I had to click the fight button manually every time.
  10. On a somewhat related note and also probably relating to the topic, I couldn't stand the multiple levels of A4. In previous Spiderweb games I just found a wall, walked along it, and traced out the outline of whatever region I was in; then I worked my way inwards, entered any towns, and thoroughly explored them as well. With A4 this is mostly impossible for several reasons: 1) You don't heal at the earlier rate while "outdoors", meaning you have to trek back to town every other time you fight a pack of bats 2) Multiple levels mean you (or at least I) have to backtrack, take every staircase down or up, and explore those tunnels 3) In the small section that I played, there were very few actual limits on how far I could move; my system completely failed when I had to cover so much territory at a time Chances are I just didn't play enough to let A4 grow on me. But the fact is that whether or not I have an uninformed opinion, that initial perception cost Spiderweb money.
  11. Isn't there a random item merchant who wanders along the road from the east which leads to Sharimik?
  12. Kill things. In the process of killing things, complete quests. Get quest rewards. Kill slightly stronger things. Etc. I'd give a more detailed answer, but I have very little to work with. Please tell us which game you're playing.
  13. I suspect that I am clueless. Edit: Okay, now I get it. Because "English" is the term which describles an irregular spin on a billiards ball. And here I was, looking for something clever or hard.
  14. I wasn't talking about the English language.
  15. I sometimes have this problem when I get the file name for a graphic wrong. Have you ensured that the script and the file are both correctly labeled? Is there a "G" before 539 in the name of the file?
  16. Yes, it gives away much more than was previously common knowledge. So if you haven't read the article yet, consider yourself spoiler-warned.
  17. Note that using up the wand's charges in no way prevents you from completing the quest; the wand can be turned in completely depleted (with "X" charges) for a full reward.
  18. Perhaps dropping and then picking up the items would work?
  19. Who was it that first brought that up, anyway? I remember that it was right after DoK was submitted.

Just for posterity: Alorael's mother is expensive, heavy, and ineffective. God forbid there should be a single generation that doesn't know who TM is, because they'll be blindsided. But just in case...
