Rotghroth Rhapsody Uberdhizon
I have found all of the first tiers, and their evolved forms. I found all but the magic shaping second tier, but I can't find any third+ tier creations! N-lighten me, someone!

Rotghroth Rhapsody Uberdhizon
Thank you for your help. Edit: Quote: Advanced shaping for Astoria faction -(Expensive) - Create Rotghroth, War trall, Wngbolt, Kyshakk How do I get access to advanced shaping for Astoria faction? Well-Actually War Trall Delicious Vlish
You join the faction.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Uberdhizon
Ah. The game mentions a price for quitting a faction. Do you know what it is? I'm considering joining them, buying the creations I need, and leaving. And also, do the other factions (excluding Trajkovite) offer the same? Do trajkovites, although they hate shaping? Well-Actually War Trall Delicious Vlish
I don't know what the price is. Do not expect to buy shaping skills from those who hate shaping.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Uberdhizon
That's what I thought. BUT LITALIA USED THE GENEFORGE! She won't even give me a CANISTER?!??!
Well-Actually War Trall Delicious Vlish
She is a junkie who quit cold turkey. She's been at the bottom of the barrel and experienced the self abuse in a way that few others could conceive. Now she wants to cure other junkies of their canister problem. Rotghroth Rhapsody Uberdhizon
Dang. She had so much potential for destruction... well, at least the potential is going towards the cause I fully support. Edit: Quote: quit cold turkey Cold turkey! Get it? Get it??? 'Cuz it's thanksgiving????? *Spits at the ground in disgust.* No one gets it.
Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
Actually, talking to Litalia in G4 and G5 has me convinced that she's one of the most (frighteningly) sane of the major players in Geneforge, possibly along with Astoria. I'm not sure the Trakovite conclusions she reaches are right, but her thinking all the way up to ending shaping rings true. —Alorael, who started the game thinking he would be a rebel. Then he met Astoria and decided there might be a saner alternative. Then he met Litalia and decided maybe, just maybe, extremism was called for in order to get a moderate solution to the problem. Then he realized the Trakovites don't seem to believe in limits to how far they'll go any more than the Shapers or the rebels. Jeff did a really good job with the factions. Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
None of the factions are sane and all will do horrible things to achieve their goals. The price for switching factions once you swear to join one is that some go hostile (Ghaldring) and others won't talk to you again. Jeff is fixing a bug where if you leave Astoria for the Trakovites you can't finish the Trakovite's quests. Sometimes if you did a major quest for one faction it prevents you from doing one in another faction, so keep a save from before swearing to join. Killing Platano for Shaper Rawal prevents you from joining Sage Taygen's faction. Doing any part of Ghaldring's Four Shapers quest prevents you from joining any other faction including the Trakovites. Having the wrong reputation will prevent you from being considered. Hatchling Cockatrice Alorael at Large
Actually, there is the terrible possibility that all of the factions are sane. They're ruthless, callous, expedient, and rational. They know what they want, and they know that to get there will require that they embrace the unacceptable, so they do. —Alorael, who excepts Sage Taygen and company. That faction is just full of loonies.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Sage Taygen was the sanest of them all, clean the map of the enemy and start over. Just define the enemy as other than you and your followers.

Easygoing Eyebeast *i
Hi, You need to finish the quest for Alwan (in the Storm Plains) to get the message from Ghaldring and then head south. It is a city called Zephyr Oasis. Also, please do not use ALL CAPS in text. This is considered shouting in the online environment and we try to encourage a friendly environment here. Thanks!
