  1. That can't be right, I did every pro-shaper things so far in a game, and had enough to get all the reputation rewards, but it still gives the utterly ridiculous higher prices.
  2. What exactly do you need to do to get the cheaper training prices in Rivergate Keep?
  3. It might be a challenge to do the no magic/creations route, but use a lifecrafter as your class.
  4. Ah, I had only talked to him when I first got there before talking to Pirik to get the Moseh quest, so all he did when I talked to him was refuse to say anything.
  5. Charged (and unstable, which amounts to the same thing) creations are the advanced forms (need 3 skill in the creation) of some of the creations.
  6. How about this: never attack anything yourself, but make one fyora when you first can, and never use any other creations. Pump up its stats with essence and its skill points, and use blessing and healing spells on it in combat.
  7. I read in another thread recently that each point of leadership gives a benefit of one point of reputation for that trainer, where any quest with 2 outcomes gives 1-5 reputation, so you really can't have enough leadership there if you always help the rebels. Someone said there are a few normal encounters where 12 leadership will do something in the game.
  8. The servile is named Khur and is in the rebel safehouse. If you talk to him before you get the quest to kill Moseh, he won't say anything to you, but after you get the quest he can join you, and will give you a certain benefit when you fight Moseh. Also, you can get 3 types of people to join you in the rebel camp in the fens.
  9. Well there is one unbalanced thing in your favor early in the game: cryoas. It is possible to make one extremely early, and with their inherent level bonus, they will be much more powerful than anything else you can make at that point.
  10. Just do the challenge mentioned in-game (never attack anything).
  11. No, the trick as it worked in Geneforge 3 (haven't tested it in 4), required making the pyroroamers explode by absorbing them through their stat menu, so no one hit them at all.
  12. Hmm, I went through purity workshop b, but didn't find it. Where is it?
  13. Ah, I forgot about canister usage affecting the ending.
  14. I don't know if it still works, but in Geneforge 3 I found you could kill people and get away with it by surrounding them with pyroroamers and then absorbing them. If it did enough damage to kill them, you still wouldn't suffer the consequences of triggering people being hostile.
  15. No, I read a list in some thread, and for those creations there only exist 2 canisters each.
  16. Well I read in a thread there are 3 main ending branches based on what you do in the final area, but it can be altered by many things such as if you killed certain characters, did something with some sort of power supply, give some sort of plans to the rebels or shapers, and which side you helped more.
  17. Has anyone even done the challenge where you never attack anything?
  18. Hmm, so unless you help the shapers, you can't get the advanced types of clawbugs, kyshyks(sp), vlish, glaahks, roamers, or battle alphas?
  19. What if you do as it suggests is possible and play through the game without ever attacking anything? What level could you finish at then?
  20. I kind of did every available quest for the benefit of the rebels. So does that mean no shaping training for anything but tier 1 creations the whole game?
  21. Heh, I got the essence-infused skin from Turabi Gates when I first got there midway through chapter 2 (it took some trial and error, but with haste, it is possible to get there and out without triggering anyone attacking you. The trickiest part was finding a spot on the south wall before the turrets where if you stand just right they can't see you, then run into a building the the next round. Only problem is I don't have any demon bile yet.
  22. Hmm, as I haven't been helping the shapers any, I can't get the repair Moseh quest.
  23. The problem with 8 leadership, is even if you are helping the rebels, you can't get training from them in shaping except for tier 1 creations, just canisters. Thus you need training from that shaper if you want the advanced creation types.
  24. No, what we should have is greater ability to customize creations beyond the 4 main stats, and for it not to be as overly expensive in essence to do so.
