  1. I've had Avernum glitch before and put me in blackness behind walls. It's kind of annoying.
  2. I would be willing to judge. There's a small chance that I might actually make something, but don't count on it. I wouldn't influence your time frame, but your date happens to work if I bothered to makes something.
  3. That makes sense. I must of forgotten the trilogy mentioning that whole aspect of the orb. Silly me.
  4. That's what I don't get. Once the orb deactivates, you're still falling in the pit, so why can't you rub it again? You can do that on the surface after you land, but you can't exactly land in a bottomless pit.
  5. Yeah, maybe I should actually play A4 so I don't ask silly questions like that. It kind of leaves a gap when you've played the first trilogy, skipped A4, and then played A5, though I probably missed the mayor's comment in New Harston.
  6. Is Micah still king in A5? If so, isn't it about time for him to die?
  7. Couldn't you just rub the orb again while you're falling?
  8. Unless, of course, one of those servants is a mage.
  9. My apologies, I misread your post. I do not have any advice for that.
  10. You should probably have the elite warrior trait instead of toughness. When you're playing a singleton, the xp penalties from traits don't have a drastic effect on leveling up, and elite warrior provides a huge benefit in hand-to-hand combat.
  11. Shapeshifting Crystal - Allows user to assume another identity for 24 hours.
  12. RCCCL: You were difficult to kill. First I tried to kill you, then I gave Sarachim poison to kill you, but that failed, and then Sarachim had Imban kill you. Third time's the charm. But yes, if you had logged on during the small window after Sarachim's attack, then the Anama would have been in big trouble.
  13. That's why I gave the spire away, which just goes to show that I really should of killed Imban. Silly me.
  14. I had this dilemma with my last kill. I could either kill Nioca (who I thought was the Necromancer, and I had given the spire), Sporefrog (Who I thought was Gladwell), or Imban (Who I thought was the DL Mage). The only reason I killed Nioca is because I wanted the crystal spire back, and I figured Sporefrog was working with someone to get me killed, so I assumed Sporefrog switched to a physical immunity. I also thought that Sporefrog was trying to trick me into being killed by telling me Nioca was the Necromancer, so I was actually going to kill Imban, but changed my mind at the last minute. Now I know I should have killed Imban. Anyway, I was really thrown off because I thought Marlenny had killed Sarachim. I also had this huge problem with Doom Warrior, who knew I was Micklebur, and I don't think my attempts to convince him I wasn't an enemy was working. Micklebur is a difficult role, I think. There also doesn't seem to be much of an incentive to join the Anama. I tried to get PGLB to join, but that didn't work out. It's also quite hard to play once the Priest is dead, at which point I simply started spreading accurate information (or at least what I thought was accurate information) because I figured that I would inevitably be killed, as PGLB had told people I was Micklebur. Anyway, it was fun regardless of the difficulty. Kudos to *i. Too bad I can't play the next game.

  16. Marlenny has the Fury Crossbow.
  17. Wait, is that telling us that whoever killed him is a newbie?
  18. I don't put as much endurance as I should into my mage or priest, so I have to rely on summons in that instance.
  19. It's pretty much impossible to trap Dorikas into a corner without using summons. I also thought the Howling Depths was hard without the help of summoned wolves to keep the Loyalists away from my heels.
  20. It's easier to open up the person's profile and click "Send a Private Message" since it always spells it right.

  22. It's rather long (since we were quoting entire conversations with other people), so I won't post the entire thing, just this: Originally Posted By: Excalibur Okay, that makes sense. If you happen to find out any of the DLs, or the Anama, I'd appreciate that info ASAP, as I'm on both kill lists. Originally Posted By: Excalibur Good. I'll put you down as Shanker. 23. Yes, you told me you were Shanker in the last round. I believed it for a while, but then you started saying some conflicting things, and then you said you were Dionicio. Edit: ...and I still have that thread.
