  1. Neither A2 or A3 walkthrough mention anything about uncursing uranium bars.
  2. 1 unnamed-party attacked at Muck's mines. Some quest was prolly related them.
  3. Bar of Uranium 2 lbs. Cursed Causes Disease that's from walkthrough, no mention about selling or uncursing, only that don't take.
  4. room full of summoned doomguards and some1 charms them, yay. teleportation-spell would be handy on that situation.
  5. From A3 faq: 2 - Deliver Package to Lorelei Where to Get: Irvine in Shayder How to Complete: First buy booze from the innkeeper to get an 'in' with Irvine. The package is south in a tiny room. To deliver it to Lorelei without incident, use a secret crossing west of Lorelei to take you past the checkpoint. An easier method is to use Ernest's teleporter. Reward: 250 XP and 1000 coins. You can also now join the Thieves' Guild. Other place where skribbane is mentioned at Gale.
  6. maybe some distant uknown cousin appears (he/she or either parent hid long time agi by Erika) and demands crown for him/herself (herself would be better since female leaders are quite rare at Avernum) and we travel around Avernum/upworld to find out if his/her demands have a point or not.
  7. too bad that doomguards can take alot damage before they die and do too so if there are many doomguards priest(s) will be busy healing fighters. doomguard would be nice to call to help in battle but that won't happen.
  8. i saved quite often current convo if i got some odd quest or reward after done quest (like at A4 freeing that dragon at Harkin's Landing reward was that cap bit odd place).

Alorael: If quest is slay 20 of some monster it would be nice to know how many has killed so far especially if those monsters aren't at same area.

Return of Spider. Maybe Jeff takes new arachnid-pet and calls it Spider.

Safe except "few" Demons/Haakais live at cellar. I would live near miners to rob them and sell crystals at towns if lived at underworld, if lived at upperworld then somewhere near biggest merchant route to be able rob them occasionally. After saving upper- and underworld few times its time to get something back.
  16. Does editor have ability to bring important ppls alive?
  17. THE TESTS You probably don't have to do any of these if you've been following this walkthrough but you still get 10xp for each one you finish. Strength Choose either your fighter or your priest to do this one. Go in and hack everything to kibbles. There are 2 springs hidden here which'll give you a few HP and MP if you need them. There's also a very nasty ruby skeleton, which is why I recommend taking the priest. Search for secret doors and eventually you'll finish without hassle. Speed Choose whoever has the highest tool use skill or your mage to do this one. There's lots of quickfire, which is a pain. A few locked doors bar your path, and you've got to turn a wheel to open a gate. Take the lower path and ignore the goblins. If you've got enough resistance you can just ignore the quickfire and instead grab all the treasure to the north (it's nothing great). Patience Doesn't really matter who does this quest. Walk along the path, ignore the wheel, then make it to the lever. Pull it, and pilot it out to the water area, and take the upper path. I'll let you figure this out, but it's not too hard. Then just keep pushing the block up the stairs. The block won't fall off the cliff either. Move back onto the rune, and uh oh! Just push it south through the secret door. Jump down after it, and move it back onto the rune. That's it.
  18. Yes, in pre-A4 games Mage should get Tool Use to get locked doors etc opened but only when needed.
  19. Get experience and levels killing wandering monsters and doing easy quests, get your mages and priests more spellpoints and fighters and casters more health and more strength for fighters.
  20. not run necessarily, 1. if you get ambushed don't move characters except fighters bit closer to spellcasters and cast haste to scs and then on next round scs casts haste and/or protection and/or blessing to whole group and then on next round you make attackers dead meat, or 2. send fighters to battle with enemies and scs do same things as on 1.
