Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer Posted June 16, 2010 Share Posted June 16, 2010 Day 1 I finally got it. An invitation to the Black Fortress from Redbeard to appear before him. All that hard work as an adventurer has finally paid off. I'm going to work directly for him against the Pact's enemies. Day 10 I made it to the Black Fortress and got escorted to see Redbeard. He personally gave me an assignment to seek out and destroy the monsters within the fortress walls. A sergeant escorted me out of the audience hall to get my equipment and direct me to my first fight as a defender of the Pact on the morrow. Day 11 After getting my equipment, a bronze dagger, leather armor, and a shield I set out to show them how good I was. Then I found out that it was to the storerooms deep underground fighting rats.
