Unflappable Drayk Zummi
Clearly..there must be some scenario that beats Valley of Dying Things as a beginner's scenario..it's so hard to find it at some of the BoA Scenario archives..since the list doesn't show the recommended level..@_@
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Most of the best scenarios are made either for higher-level parties or scenario-specific parties. A Perfect Forest is a good scenario for a level-1 party to start with, though.
Unflappable Drayk Zummi
Ah..I have played APR..it's good..though the laser part was a bit annoying..
Magnificent Ornk nikki.
Maybe, though, Tyran could add a line of text saying "For Levels x-y", or whatever. This isn't the first time this point has been made.
Kyshakk Koan Redstart
Try Rats Aplenty. It's the highest ranked scenario not made by TM or Kelandon, and is intended for levels 1-7 (I think).
Unflappable Drayk Zummi
Erm..I think my question was somewhat too wide.. What's a good beginner's scenarios to rival VoDT's rewards..
Understated Ur-Drakon Nioca
If you're looking for rewards, Witch Hunt is the way to go. Seriously, though, that scenario is a veritable gold mine of loot, artifacts, and experience (especially given its size). Of course, the idea is that you must enter it as a level 1. Otherwise... well, just read the readme.
Magnificent Ornk Dikiyoba
I don't know if there's one scenario that can replace VotDT in terms of size, but two or three beginner's scenarios would probably amount to the same thing. If not, there's always TM's Artifacts Hall. Dikiyoba.
Understated Ur-Drakon Callie
Lord Putidus is a great beginner scenario, even though Kelandon suggests using a prefabricated party. If you start with that scenario, you still have a decent level of skill in thrown missiles after continuing on to another.
Easygoing Eyebeast Enraged Slith
Empire's New Grove gives you 3 free skills points in melee (though you'll want to be about level 5+ I think to beat the scenario). Rats Aplenty lets you buy unlimited Blademaster for cheap.
Kyshakk Koan Smoo
I don't think the Blademaster is supposed to be unlimited anymore.

As far as I know..going there is technically called "cheating".. Or if you're just going there for extra info about the possible scenario rewards.. Oh and..does it get updated with every other new scenario release?
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
Quote: Originally written by Azuma:As far as I know..going there is technically called "cheating".. Do you consider the High Level Party Maker to be cheating as well? Kelandon has stated that he intends the HLPM to be used in conjunction with the Artifacts Hall to create a balanced party of the appropriate level. Do you really think that if a scenario expects you to start with a level-50 party, it's "cheating" to use the HLPM and AH to get to that level instead of playing through a bunch of scenarios you don't want to play just so that your party is strong enough to survive in the scenario you do want to play? The scenario doesn't care how you got to the level it requires: it only cares that you're at that level.

That's in my opinion the best archives for BoA and BoE scenarios, and I wish it'd get more credit...http://www.geocities.com/tracihedlund/index.html

Understated Ur-Drakon Callie
I just alter scripts to my use and receive the items that aren't present. It isn't hard to do actually.
