Garrulous Glaahk Pig Catapult
Okay, so I just beat the bandit leader fellow, and I went to get on the boat behind him. The thing gave me the choice of "East", "West", or "Get off of the boat", and I chose "get off the boat" so I could save. Problem is, the boat event thingy didn't trip a second time. Does anyone know which SDF I need to reset in order to fix this? ((I'm assuming that fiddling with an SDF is necessary here))
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
It might not be necessary to edit an SDF. Have you tried walking a few steps away and then walking back to the boat?
Garrulous Glaahk Pig Catapult
Yes. I've moved my entire party away from the boat and then tried again, but all that happens is my lead character ends up standing on a boat. Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
It does seem to be a problem with the setting of a SDF immediately after the three choices are given. SPOILER It seems to be problem in state 40 of t6Lair.txt, in particular the setting of a SDF on line 605: " set_flag(6,15,1);" Thus use the Advanced Features of the Character Editor and enter 6 15 0 one number at a time. Magnificent Ornk Ephesos
Are you sure you've got the most recent version? I could've sworn I fixed that. (pokes his signature)
Well-Actually War Trall Ishad Nha
Yes, I am sure that I have the most recent version. It was downloaded from Shadowvale Scenario Archive today.
Well-Actually War Trall Balladeer
But does Tyran have the most recent version uploaded to his site? Just checked the readme's and Tyran has the original release and I have version 1.0.1 (soon to be remedied) but you want version 1.0.2 from Eph's site in his siggy. Easygoing Eyebeast Thralni
Ishad, I think Eph's question probably was to the Pig Catapult. That said, Tyran does not always has the most recent versions, and if I were you, I'd rely more on Jewels' site than Tyran's.
Garrulous Glaahk Pig Catapult
Thank you. That fixed it.

Fixed for truth. Seconded. I try to keep up with the updates but obviously miss some. Which is why I have a link to author sites just below my own downloads. Garrulous Glaahk Barzhal
I too just completed Embers of Rebellion, however, my bug is that after getting off the boat all my characters are in the "laying down" graphic state. They then stay that way as I walk around. I've completed the scenario, I get my 1500c, but my characters stay laying down even into the next scenario. I'm not sure if this has been reported before or perhaps I have an old version. Is there a way to fix this? Thanks.
Well-Actually War Trall Niemand
Entering and ending combat might fix the problem, if I remember correctly (and assuming that you haven't done that already).

Magnificent Ornk Ephesos
Just for clarification, all of the bugs I've seen people report in Embers are fixed in the current version, which you can download from my site (first link below). Well-Actually War Trall Niemand
Minstrel, you need to look more closely at my username.
Garrulous Glaahk Barzhal
Twas not sarcasm. Perhaps I would have been equally confusing if I had written thanks personne...
Magnificent Ornk Ephesos
Methinks Celtic Minstrel and Niemand aren't quite speaking the same language. Er... yeah, that's it. (*cough*German*cough*)
