  1. Its at the Geneforge Series Resource Links. I am not sure which browser I use because I use a Kindle Touch for most reading.
  2. Should you decide to use the Geneforge, absorb your creations. With your new skills, you can make better creations. Also, you should absorb your creations if you destroy the Geneforge. Other than that, you shouldnt really worry about penalties. Credit to Matt P for the opening Paragraph.
  3. The resource maps say "access forbidden" when you try to use them. Useful, thanks.
  4. One strategy (that I use for Agents) only use swords (maybe some crystals) and increase in Dexterity (not a lot) that helps evade and missle accuracy. Because you have a sword, a few levels of parry come in handy. I see you have not invested in parry. Might help a tad although it costs 3+ skill points. Gutes Gluck Bonne Chance Buena Suerte Bona Fortuna Good luck
  5. I love when you destroy the Geneforge and you return to Goettsch saying "Are you aware that I have destroyed the Geneforge?" and he flips out on you. The rich, engrossing storyline in all of Spidwebs Games is definetly shown in this one. A Great overall game!.
  6. I saved before and took the ring. I used a cheat to kill all hostiles. Nothing. Also, is it Diazarad that has the Stealth Sholai or Valley of the Wind?
  7. Yes I read Matt P's walkthrough. I took the canisters. Yet another dumb question. What happens if you take the ring from the mummy in the Valley of the Wind? I didnt notice anything immediate. Just being scared shirtless by the wind whipping around me.
  8. Siphos, a drayk located in the Peaceful Vale, offers knowledge, weapons, and skills in exchange for "Life". When he bites you and sucks your life out a little, it says the stats changed. I didn't notice any change in my stats so what happened? Also, I cant get into the Inner Shaper Crypt. HOW??? Spirit's City: There was one shade that if you interacted with it, freeing it from its bonds, would give you +1 luck. Were there others that I missed??
  9. You've got a bit of a Catch 22 going. I agree lvl15 is too low for Rotties but a Seasoned Lifecrafter could defend himself pretty well with an overpowering force of creations and magic spells. What creations do you have? With enough Int, you can also use creations as an Agent.
  10. I assume you wish to gain all the benefits of all three sects. Yes I advise you use cheats unless you want to throw a wrench in the system. I suggest you join Obeyers first (spoiler: and feed Control Four) and get all the benefits. Use a cheat and the use a different cheat (buy a hintbook from Spidweb:D). Then join the Awakened and get all the benefits (don't forget to pay a visit to Sorkin, just outside Pentil). Then, use a cheat and (as controversial as it seems) Kill Ellrah (after obtaining the quest from the Taker Spy in Vakkiri). Then join the Takers. Use all the Taker benefits and use the cheat. Kill Kazg's leader (forget his name). Then rejoin the Obeyers. Boomshackalacka. Again, I do not encourage cheating unless you buy the hint book. Sorry about the numerous minor spoilers.
  11. I conducted an experiment seeing if a Shaper's stats differ from a Lifecrafter. At Level 1, I did not expect to see a difference between the two. But when it comes to Spell Energy, the Lifecrafter comes on top with 40 points, 20% more than a Shaper's 32! I have yet to experiment with the higher levels. Intelligence is a factor in both Essence and Spell Energy, so I should upgrade Intelligence accordingly to match each others stats.
  12. Are you absolutely sure it is a bug? Could it just be that fire creations don't work as efficiently against other fire creations?
  13. Quote: I knew very early on that a lot of small children would really enjoy the Geneforge games. After all, it lets them make their own army of fire-breathing dinosaurs. How cool is that? When my brother-in-law was nine, he played through a lot of the first one. He ignored the plot and simply killed every single thing he met. - Jeff Vogel
  14. One time when I blew through the demo, I accidentally gave Lankan the canister. I was mad to find an outsider like Lankan doing a group spell on my posse and then killing me (I was a fragile Shaper). Then I restarted and got to here again. Thanks!
  15. So I've been playing G3 as a Guardian Loyalist and I reach Harmony's Rebellion. Naturally, I want to do the Shaper instinct and wipe out Lankan and his cronies. Is this a bad idea?
  16. No good guys? The Shapers keep their secrets to themselves because if the secrets leaked there would utter chaos. The rebels fight for good too just with a somewhat corrupted way.
  17. Is there anyway to modify levels (i.e. Skill Points, Experience awarded, Strength)?
  18. Stats (G2) Name: Dakro Class: Shaper Sect/faction: Servant Finished game: Demo -Char stats Level: 39 Statistic Points: Strength: 6 Dexterity: 4 Intelligence: 12 Endurance: 5 Essence: around 475 Hitpoints: Decent for a Shaper -Killed all Awakened. -I have 6 Battle Alphas with juicy stats and a Vlish.
  19. I've seen this before. Try wiping out all the rogues in Spiral Burrow.

  21. Probably Beetles, Worms, and Crawlers. Whats the point of having those creations anyway?
  22. Geneforge 1 Difficulty: Tricky Class: Shaper Faction: Obeyer Geneforge 2 Difficulty: Tricky Class: Guardian Faction: Servant Geneforge 3 Difficulty: Tricky Class: Shaper Faction: Shaper Geneforge 4 Difficulty: Torment Class: Lifecrafter or Shock Trooper Faction: Shaper (Trakovites stink!!!)
