  1. Before Facepalming Hecatonchire's (can't remember how to spell his/her name) challenge, the Warrior wasn't quite the worst, although pretty close. Now however, the Shocktrooper is more powerful with her many creations than the Warrior with his fighting ability. The Shocktrooper has beaten the Warrior now, and has become the Lifecrafter that doesn't blow away in a breeze. Also, now Thuryl has discovered that the Servile is better at the pure Melee, no Magic that used to be the only way the Warrior unique. Is the Warrior really any use anymore? All of the Warrior's playing styles can now be played just as easily, or easier, as an other class. Is there any reason to pick the Warrior other than the graphic anymore?
  2. I was talking about the mines around Shaper Monarch, and how you can go the Mech path without enough Mech.
  3. With a high enough heath level you can just walk through the mines. It does work.
  4. It is the only true shaper city in the game. You talk to General Alwan in it's keep.
  5. Plat on Torment if you want more of a challenge. As far as I know the western lands are impossible to get to in this game. The shapershave blocked it off by land, and by sea you would need an invasion, which you do not have.
  6. First off, the number of Gazers, and Eyebeasts, don't come close to the amount of Drakons there are. While the most powerful Eyebeasts can control hundreds of enemies, these enemies are mostly Drayks, or something weaker, which the Drakons have no problem dealing with. There are some Rots, which are as strong, if not stronger, than Drakons, the sheer number of Drakons would dominate the Eyebeast. Also, these stronger Eyebeasts are very solitary. Occasionally, some Eyebeasts, like the one in the Cells of Benerii-Uss, will have some Gazer followers, and will be a problem to the Drakons, but without unity, they won't be able to expell the Drakons from their supremecy. Later on, once the Gazers figure out how to work together, they will be able to become equals, or more, to the Drakons.
  7. The No-Spell Warrior Chapter 1: It was relatively easy, and I was even able to kill the drayk when I first got to it. I could kill most things in one hit, except for the higher level enemies like Battle Alphas. I used Greenfang through most of this Chapter, until Shaila took him. Overall, ths Chapter was simple. Chapter 2: Part 1 The first half of this Chapter has been easy. I mowed down Sandros Mine easily, only the Parasitic Shade was a problem, and I beat it to. The Circle of the Drayk was easy as ever, with the Drayk and Serviles causing no problem. I have continued through as a Rebel. I equip myself with Intellect items whenever I upgrade my Vlish, and then re-equip my fighting gear. I have picked up Khur, and as I head towards Moseh, already have my Gloves of Savagery. I have over 200 health already, and have 16 QA 1nd 11 Stength and Parry. This run through has been much easier than my first runthrough, on Torment, with a Warrior.
  8. Hmm..... I can't seem to find these pictures in the GF4Resources.rsrc foldor. Does anyone know what I am doing wrong.
  9. Ah, this should be fun. I've already started a character following the exact same principles.
  10. Would somebody mind posting the creation images? I don't get enough time to look at them when loading, and don't know how to look at them for long enough.
  11. When did I say they could reproduce together?
  12. The Drakons would fight until the end, rather accept Trakovitism. The drayks would live as they did on Sucia Island. Battle Alphas have some intelligence, and would evolve normally and become smarter. Clawbugs would be a pests much like the Chitraches in Avernum, and Fyoras would do much the same thing. Gazers and Eyebeasts would live like the drayks, spread out over the land. They would be killed as soon as they tried to control people, but they would last for awhile. Serviles would become like normal people, and while some human-haters and and servile-haters would remain, soon the two people would mix. Ornks and living items would be much the same as before. The world would be much less dangerous, and would not be out of control.
  13. Though I have never met one that does, I would be suprised if thahds didn't reproduce. They are very similar to both Battle Alphas and Serviles, and they reproduce.
  14. I'm sure I remember meeting a Mother Fyora guarding her nest.
  15. Quote: It is possible to avoid killing humans. Unless Monarch no longer counts as a human it is impossible. Although it is questionable that Monarch is a human.
  16. Playing as a Servile alters certain dialogs, and you can still join the Shapers. In Dillame, the only Shaper City, the people there don't pay attention to you, and also, the Shapers seem to have created smarter Serviles for harder tasks. When you talk to Crowley, while leaving the first Shaper Camp, he states that with war the Shapers have reconsidered some of their policies. Basically, with need of a spy, the Shapers are trying to bring you to their side whether you are a servile or not. I don't think its possible anymore. You are forrced to kill monarch, and I don't think his creations would cut it. For the endgame it is relatively easy, you just let theothers fight for you. They probably think you were assigned to control these creations. There are not very many Shapers, so they assign creations to fairly trustworthy outsiders.
  17. I could be wrong, but I think it reduces your hit chance. Logically, if you are wearing heavy armour, it would be harder to hit your enemies.
  18. Also, he could have made a boat. All he had to do was command his serviles to make a boat.
  19. I think they just knew him by a different name..... Trakov or something. Drewry told his "story" to the PC if you smashed the canister he told you to.
  20. Almost nothing. Considering his power, he probably hid himself somehow. He probably knew how to create a Water Drayk, or whatever its called. Earlier he had enouh power to hold his own agaainst the Sholai, but could not have fought off the Shapers. When they came, he must have fled to the mainland, searcing for a new place to build his empire. He was skilled enough to hide from the Shapers using any canisters he could find. Eventually, the Rebellion came and with all the fighting managed to build his empire. By then he would have lost his memory and become the Shaper Monarch we know today.
