Articulate Vlish readhead Posted October 1, 2006 Share Posted October 1, 2006 Hi, been playing Avernum 1 for a long time, in shattered fort, suddenly my mage and priest got ? marks against their names. Now they cannot cast spells. Its impossible to finish Shattered Fort without spells. Go to a healer, or use a spell or potion that undumbfounds them (can't be more specific about spells or potions, or the locations of the healers, since I haven't played A1, sorry. There should be a healer in most big towns, anyway.) Also, this is a gameplay question and should go in the Avernum Trilogy forum, not the Tech Support forum. The easiest ways to remove it are a healer or a restoration potion. I had that happen to me before I found out about the potions and had to fight my way out and rest for a few game days in different places.
