Tenderfoot Thahd Nokum
Why does all the armor i pick up have a -5% to hit chance? Seems like just about everything i pick up has that. Do i need a certain trait or what?
Easygoing Eyebeast Triumph
You're not doing anything wrong, that's just a common trait of many (but by no means all) pieces of armor. I suspect it represents the idea that some armor can sometimes restrict one's mobility or agility.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Kreador
Some armor has even HIGHER penalties, and a few wonderful pieces have none. It's a tradeoff you have to decide on for yourself.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
It's done that way so mages can't use the best armor without getting swordmage trait repeatedly and/or items that give bonus to hit chance.
