Others on the upper level need the Tower key (its usually listed under special items as Patrick's Tower key unless Jeff finally fixed it). Most other letters should be lowercase. You may notice a key on either side of the keyboard labeled "Shift". Holding this down while you press a letter key will produce a capital letter. If you are not holding it down, then the letters will be lowercase.
