  1. I still have the lost shipment quest hanging over. . . I see from the forum that the wagons are in the abyssmal chasm behind a concealed passage. However, I can't find said chasm. I remember being there sometime, but have wandered the abyss unsuccessfully. Any help?

My other missing location is Grah Hoth's new fortress. I released him, and got the word that he's in the NW across the lake of lava, but can't seem to find that. Tips, please?

    Thanks!

  2. I don't understand why my mage can cast all her spells in one battle, then in the next one the text tells me her armour is too bulky to cast spells. She is way below encumbered, has no helmet, a bow and a sword that weigh less than anyone else's. I have taken off everything I dare to and still keep her alive. Why can she cast the spells sometime, but not consistently? It's not a matter of fatigue, the text just says sometimes that her armour is too bulky. Very frustrating, because she's rarely able to cast the really useful ones like haste or slow, and I can't seem to predict when they'll work and when they won't.

  3. I killed the crystal soul in Rentar's Keep--the one that's a blast from the past--and have tried repeatedly to turn off the power in the room that's below the soul's room. I have pulled the upstairs lever every way but loose and still can't turn off the power. Apparently this means that the downstairs machine continues to pour forth golems, keeping me from a big battle on my way to the BIG battle. Help!!

  4. Well, I am approaching the final battles at the end of A4 and am truly limping along, because of a shortage of energy potions for my priest and mage. I go back and forth to all the previous forts and towns, seeking to buy more or have more made, but with dwindling success. Is there some tactic I have missed along the way that would have enabled me to accumulate more of those? I have saved every herb, etc., that I found, though the graymold is harder to find. It's just kind of frustrating. Maybe I should have trained my priest and mage to be better fighters, but I did not. . .

  5. Well, I just checked and don't see a dagger icon at the bottom. What looks like a lightning bolt or dagger on my screen is a list of the mage spells of that character. When I click the lighting/dagger icon on the right side of the screen and then try to attack the pylon, the text keeps saying I can't talk during combat mode or, my personal favorite, it can't talk to you because it's just a magical construct.
