  1. I seem to have scored both ESFP and ISFP in 2003. Now it's given me INFP twice, so I guess I'm that. Quote: INFP (1st) Introvert(44%), iNtuitive(25%), iNtuitive Feeling(50%), Perceiving(44)% INFP (2nd) Introvert(33%) iNtuitive(12%) iNtuitive Feeling(50%) Perceiving(44)% "Idealistic, loyal to their values and to people who are important to them. Want an external life that is congruent with their values. Curious, quick to see possibilities, can be catalysts for implementing ideas. Seek to understand people and to help them fulfill their potential. Adaptable, flexible, and accepting unless a value is threatened." Yeah, sure, fits me. But then again, many of the other types do too. Oh, and since we're doing tests: I'm an advocating artist according to the test Riibu linked to.

  3. Quote: 9. How many current or former "satelite boards" can you name (boards created by Spiderweb members and adavertised to some portion of the membership here as another place to gather)? The Lyceum (doh) Phoenix Quote: 15. And finally, how many members can you name who created a topic to announce their permanent departure from the forums, only to return years, months, or days later? SMoE?

I think it has to do with the fact that, while there is a cohesive color scheme, there are a lot of different textures which catch the eye. There's the plain purple background, the blurry cloudy background, the knot-like edge patterns, the gradients behind the boxes on the right and in the middle, and the different gradient behind the various items at the top. This. I also think that both the header and the menu don't fit the rest of the site, graphicswise. Might be the font, might be the round shapes in the otherwise wery rectangular design, dunno.
  5. Didn't take a look at the technical side, but I think that visually, the site is way too "busy" as it is now.

Was it Zev who built chain armours and stuff, or am I confusing him with some other Z-person?

  8. http://www.radiolantine.com/misc/G1650.bmp He doesn't have different icons for different weapons, but since when have the venhatti bothered with shields or spears anyway? Goes into the Art-folder, overriding Redshirt.
  9. It's the language barrier, I tell you. It tries very hard, every time. Also t Karoka, curse you. Having now spent almost an entire day watching space vids, I feel even smaller than usual.
  10. I remember reading that Martin is/was having some kind of a creator breakdown, thus the constant delays. Whatever the reasons, though, I can't but agree with Neil Gaiman's take on the matter.
  11. How come? There'd be the default descriptions, and then the customisation box in the item edit screen for those who want to put a description of their own in place for a specific item. And a select-button or a drop-down menu for choosing from the default descriptions would seem a good idea, too.

Say, put in default descriptions that are automatically assigned based on item types, but allow the user to later freely edit them one by one if s/he so desires.
