  2. I voted 1-10. Keep in mind you have to share the experience you earn with all your creations. If you have 100 pets you'll never gain a level. Also when there are too many of them they start bumping into eachother and getting stuck places.

  4. Sorry this is a little off topic, but it seems as good a place as any to add this. In the creature scripts there is a script for “pc created Ornk” I have yet to find the canister.

  6. It certainly does make them glow. Hmm, it seems to make Greta and Alwin glow as well, and they have not partaken of the canisters.
  7. Edit: It was a glowing Battle Alpha Edit 2: Display Warren turned green after flipping the switches to deactivate the pylons and speaking with the servant mind.
  8. I don't remember what it was. It was to the east, and around a couple corners. That's the only thing I can think of. Might as well do clearthisarea if you've done everything else. Yeah, Khor's Deeps is a dock.
  9. I know it gives you access to the doors to the north. Could you get in after killing it? I don't know, the area is green for me, and I killed what it wanted killed.
  10. Did you assist the Rotghroth in Display Warren? No you cannot get into the room in the northwest corner in the Crumbled Labs. It was blocked by a cave in. It's just there for detail, but than again it could be filled with countless delicious canisters
  11. Kind of, it gives you 30 in all stats. It also gives you 30 in some spells. It would be wise to remove the special item codes, as having some of them affect the game too much.
  12. The only thing you can command it to do is shut itself down. I don't know how much leadership you need, but 12 is always a good number. I've never just let it live, so I can't say. I assume it would keep making problems for you with the rouges, but if you are a rebel, who cares.
  13. It sounds to me like you went far south west into Taker lands. Head all the way south east and meet the Barzites. Rising is south west of the Loyalist Encampment, and north of the Breeding Pits. The Breeding Pits are west of Kss-Urg's vally. Edit: I don't have a saved game where I haven't entered Gazak-Uss, so the option is not there for me. I am certain the answer is very close. This is the entrance to the most difficult area in the game. Someone else may have some insight on how to enter, but you will find it if you talk to all the characters near by.
  14. Personally I would play one of the three, or the entire trilogy first. Mostly to follow the storyline, but also because each part of the trilogy is a larger game. There will be more scenarios coming, but the trilogy is massive in comparison. Download all the demos and pick the one you like best.
  15. 1. The only other ways into the mountain base are to head north from Rising, or west form the Loyalist Encampment. You'll have to go around. 2. Hermit Crossroads- The door to the south. You will have to talk to Learned Thani who is west of the door for the location of a concealed switch.
  16. If you are in the area Mountain Base heading north you get to a row of pylons leading to a door. Is this what you mean? If so there are two doors, one to the left and one to the right. In each room is a lever. Pull both levers. You will not be able to enter from the north without previously opening the door.
  17. One of the nice things about these games is there is no correct way of doing things, or a rigid storyline. I suppose you are asking what the outcome will be deepening on what is done. If you want to aid the Shapers in upholding their laws assist the Obayers. If you want to try to change Shaper ways peacefully aid the Awakened. If you want to try to change Shaper ways forcefully aid the Takers along with the power hungry outsiders. To uphold Shaper laws, but assist the outsiders aid the peaceful outsiders.
  18. I like Avernum 2 as well. They each have things that make them great. I enjoyed playing all three. A3 was pretty good as well, but I liked playing in the realm of Avernum. A1 was lacking the newer features of 2 and 3, but still is very worth playing.
  19. You don't get to use the Geneforge. It was designed for Drakons. Unfortunately you don't actually get to see the creature behind the door, well you do get to see his arm. He's a Drakon anyways.
  20. The only use for them it one of the ingredients in the “Make Canisters” quest. You can't wear them or sell them, so leave them somewhere until you can use them. I found it easier to just loot the canisters.
  21. You have to be a Rebel to find out about the door that makes you want to leave. As a loyalist you'll never know. I just let the trap box blow up when I was strong enough to not die.
  22. You will find the Demon Claw on a Golem later on. It's the only one I can think of at the moment. The door that causes you to want to leave… I'm not going to say anything, as you will find out much later. The same goes for the Pure Crystal Shard. You'll get it later. Just check everything everywhere. Leave no searchable unturned.
