  1. You do see her later. Not going to tell you how many times, though.
  2. No. It's just there as sort of an Easter Egg.
  3. Maybe there should be an autolock feature for topics having no posts after a specified period of time. Like if nobody posts on a topic for, say 2 weeks, it gets locked. That would prevent needless topic revival. BTW, that is a VERY extreme case. Comparing that case to this one is like comparing a heart attack to high blood pressure.
  4. Using techniques that WILL NOT be discussed here (for I ph3Ar teh CoC), I have confirmed that it's ability is indeed Poison Augmentation (The same ability as Aspskin Gloves).
  5. In E2, the only thing I ever try to capture is Sulfras. He (she?) rules in combat. I never really try to capture anything in E3.
  6. My favorite is to enchant the "Magic" Wave Blade (the one you get from the editor) to make it flaming.
  7. What's wrong with reviving dead topics? But anyways, I like to save standing right next to Motrax, and keep casting capture soul on him(her?) until I successfully store him. If I run out of SP, I just re-load. He's very useful in combat.
  8. Where is the temple that contains the serpnt robes?
  9. There are some of those signs in Duke Nukem 3d also, but those ones said something like "You're not supposed to be here" —Eldibs, who feels like copying Alorael's sig, also thinks there should be some sort of sign in there.
  10. So, if Jeff wins, then the humans win, because Jeff would be the only one left, and he's a human (is this a run-on sentence?).
  11. How unusual. Topics like this usually get killed before they make it this far. Maybe Jeff just doesn't care anymore whether people hack and recompile his editors. Not that it's always a bad thing (like in this case)
  12. Quote: it is impossible to MAKE a horse.and you can't fight on one.Arrows fired from behind dumb stupid horses would hit the horses. Plus my sliths/neilphim ride horses daily You don't just stand behind the horse and shoot the arrows, you arch them over the horses. And you use an arrow of 100% accuracy with an instant death node/script placed on it. And I never said anything about fighting ON a horse. Just behind them. Your sliths/nephilims count as exiles because they are bossed around by them. Quote: and put a virus in the editor and saved games! The races of the exile series don't have the technology to put viruses in anything. And besides, the virus would spread to the game itself and then there would be no humans, vanhatai (hope I spelled that right), dragons, etc. And yes, the adventuring parties with control over space/time with the character editor and savegames would give the exiles a tactical advantage. They could just keep coming back until they won the battle. I win!
  13. The humans could all hide in a cave protected from magical scrying devices, with an script/node of instantaneous death against non-humans and human betrayers at the entrance. They could wait in that cave until all the battles are over, then come out hiding behind horses and attack the last remaining race while they're still weak from the battles. They could also magically engineer horses to shed their indestructible hide for use as armor, and place instant death node/scripts on their arrows and swords. Also, Kelandon, my point wasn't mobility. It was that humans have access to a material that is indestructible and that they could use that to their advantage.
  14. The humans would win. Think about it. What resource the the humans use that none of the other races use... Horses. One human would be riding along on his horse, and a Nephil would shoot a bow at him, a slith would try to spear him, etc, etc, an they would miss and hit the horse. The horse, being indestructible, would not be injured, and the human would escape. He would then tell all the armorers to start making horse-hide armor and equip all the soldiers with it, and voila! Indestructible human soldiers. They could even make horse-hide robes for the mages!
  15. Wait, your computer can't handle BoE, but it can run Windows XP??? I could have sworn that XP had HIGHER system requirements than BoE. What are the specs of your PC?
  16. Actually I heard Win2000 has some compatability issues with older programs.
  17. Or if both have FireWire, then you can get a cable for about $30 and have awesome 400 Mbs transfer rate.
  18. 1. Throw away your Windows ME and get Windows 98 or XP. (Windows ME is known to be glitchy) 2. Redownload the installers, and try again. 3. 256 MB + 64 MB = 320 MB (closest I could get to 319 with available memory sizes)
  19. How much memory do you have. XP requires 64, but it really needs 128 just for the OS. That might be your problem.
