My AVG didn't pick it up either. Perhaps there is some sensitivity setting somewhere that's causing it to be evil.

It downloads and opens just fine for me. I'll test it on my roommate's computer. Edit: It downloads and opens flawlessly on my roommate's computer as well.

That's the reason I hate Hexadecimal. You can write large numbers with less characters, but it's more work than it's worth to convert it to decimal. It makes me glad Visual Basic uses decimal.

If you're trying to download from Pyro's link, it won't work because the link is dead. If your trying to download it from my page (click the word "get" in my sig), it works perfectly for me.

Man, the rules seem to have gotten less strict over the years. Back when I first joined, any mention of trainers or character editors (other than what comes with the games) was like blasphemy. Now it seems everybody is making them. Cool.

Except he's full of it. You can't go back through the portal after you finish the test, and if I recall correctly, you get the Alien Blade from one of the "Sleeping Vahnatai" specials. I don't ever remember opening that porticullis either. There have been several topics about it in the past, but no real answer. I think Jeff intended to do something with it, but it slipped his mind.

I prefer Cryoas. They're cheap to make, and have a distance attack. I can keep like 4 strong ones with me easy. Plus, if I send one ahead to scout, and it gets killed, then it's not a big loss.

I believe the healing periapt just heals a medium amount of HP.

The first time I played through, I had to stock up on a lot of stuff, but the second time I played through, I beat it in like 5 turns. However I was cheating in a way that is unmentionable in the forums.

In E1, Scrioth shoots flames, in E2, it has defense. I've captured Motrax before. He's always the first monster I go after. And it only took me like 3 minutes (on average) to capture him.

They give you skill points. Weak potions give you the least, strong potions give you the most. Brew of knowledge does the same thing, I believe.

I just checked on it. In Exile 2, you hit Shift+b to refresh random item sellers. In Exile 3, you hit Shift+w, and in Exile 1, you have to long wait like 45 times (or spend the same amount of turns playing) to refresh them.

And you can add enhancements to your equipment to make it better.

Topic revival is bearable, as is triple posting, so long as they are separate. But together they are extra terrible.

Sometimes I use the names of some of my friends in real life. Other times I use names of characters from Final Fantasy Tactics (like Orlandu and Agrias for warriors, etc).

Sounds like Exile 2. If it is, there is a secret entrance on the outside wall of the town. Just walk into all the wall spaces on the left side of Formello, you'll find it.

I cheated, but didn't use the editor. Not going to say how unless I get permission from a mod though.

I hit for 247 in Exile 2 using melee, but I cheated.
