Changing female Tinkermage sound

I'm playing as a female Tinkermage and have discovered that when she dies (which of course is hardly ever ) her death throes sound very masculine! Does anyone know what I need to change in what script to have her die in a ladylike way? Thanks.

You could try setting cr_sound_when_slain = 41;

or try just replacing the sound (switch the ogg file itself) if necessary.

Make a backup first.

Assuming the same record is used for both the main character and other tinkermages, this will make Alcander scream like a girl when he dies, right?

The 5 extra party members all have their own creature types, actually, so you could preserve Alcander's scream.

I decided early on that I would imagine all of Alcander's dialogue read in a sassy voice. That made the game much better.

I think I decided that right after meeting him for the first time. Hard not to, really, when he comes off as the epitome (or nadir?) of a snob.
