Burgeoning Battle Gamma JP
Where is hiding the goblin shaman Gelmax, after he running away from the bandit hideout? I remember he mentionned the North, but didn't find anything.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Gelmax is hiding east of Dellinger's claim along the wall in a corner. It may take a few trips in and out of the area before he appears.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Taliesin
In other words, go straight North.
Burgeoning Battle Gamma JP
Thanks, I found it. But he still is tough. I can kill him but his summoned poisonous bats keep killing me. Well, I saved just before and will return later.
Rotghroth Rhapsody Soul of Wit
Gelmax tips: 1. use Daze spells to lower the number of active bats 2. the Mass spells (Curing and Heal) are available at this point 3. Gelmax himself deals out damage when attacked (thus, your own battle disciplines may kill you!)
Burgeoning Battle Gamma JP
I could deal with Gelmax himself, the problem was the swarm of poisonning bats. Thanks for the daze tip, I will try it this evenning. It should enable my party to avoid facing so many foes at the same time.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Also try retreating before the bats close with you so you can reduce the number facing you at any time. After all you should be hasted with range attacks and the bats have only melee attacks.
