Rotghroth Rhapsody madrigan
I completed part of the Lake of Trials, then decided to move on and get back to it later. I'm about to finish the Vahnatai Lands, so I went back to Highground and rowed up to the Lake. But, I can't get into it anymore! All the tunnels that appeared originally are there, but I seem to be blocked from the entrance and the walls do not appear and disappear as I walk through the Slimy Tunnels. Is this normal? Is there an in-game or scripty way to get back in there?
Ineffable Wingbolt Øther
I have gotten in there after I had gone in a first time, I'm pretty sure, but with me the walls have always taken an extremely long time changing, no matter if it was my first time or not. Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
By the way, don't rely on the automap to tell you when the walls have changed. They only change on the map when you've seen them change.

Ineffable Wingbolt Øther
It is here. You won't need to know where they occur in the file, the function handles this for you. This is handy for anyone thinking of writing an authorative walkthrough. Obviously make a copy of the file first, so you can quickly undo the changes when you are finished. You should also know that by doing this, enemies can also go through the walls to attack you. Easygoing Eyebeast Dantius
You can also move the screen around, which will show if the walls changed.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
I've gone back and the walls do open up when you step on the right colored areas in the right order.

Rotghroth Rhapsody madrigan
Thanks everybody, I got in. I didn't realize that walking over the differently colored ground was the key to opening up the passages. Ripping off that Beholder-guy is always satisfying.
