This post is full of so much nostalgia for me. Most of these things happened not long after I joined. I also remember your gender revelation. It's good to see you again, SoF!I swore I'd never come back. CURSES.
And note that "presumptuous" and I are starting college right now. Starting. That means I did this when I was TEN YEARS OLD. Explains a lot, really. For the record, I remember RWG, people remi-Misc-ing (but not misc), Nathan Ashby, TGM, Commander Edward (and TM), and Marlenny. What is my life.

Sorry, in the interest of consolidation, A6 is going to remain in Second Avernum Trilogy forum. If you need help, you can try the A6 Strategy Central. Also, most threads dealing specifically with A6 are labeled as such.

ET and SD were the same person, but that person was not TM.We talked about forum lore, and I felt like such a noob! She had left before I got here, so she was familiar with TM, where I only know him from his ET and Sleeping Dragon accounts. -
I remember Shard of Fire. She was still active only a few years ago and used a few similar PDNs over the years, like Slice of Water. I have met several people in real life whom I have met here first, but, to the best of my knowledge, the reverse is not true.

After a quick look, I wasn't able to find the SDF in the scripts, but I did find the item code for the pen. You can give it to yourself with the editor. It's item number 452.

So eating kangaroo is common in Australia?I've had the pretty standard meats so far. Beef, chicken, turkey, lamb and kangaroo.

Geneforge 5 and every game after it, including A6, Avadon, and A:EftP, support multiple multiple resolutions. A4, A5, G4, and possibly G3 run only at 1024x768. The dialog at the beginning of A4 says 800x600, but it is a holdover from older games with the same engine. When these games were made, netbooks did not yet exist, and the idea that a computer screen with fewer than 768 vertical pixels might be made was laughable.

Congratulations!

A less presumptuous name formerly went by the name Master1.

What resolution is your screen? Also what GPU (video card) does your netbook have?

General was pruned in 2009, so many of the posts from that era are not part of the equation.Alas, the great Spamfest strikes only the fourth-highest peak. [/nostalgia]

That was when I ported BoA scenario reviews from the CSR creating hundreds of new posts in the process. What was happening on 8/4 and 8/11 of 2011? Were those Slarty's nifty PDN-based puzzle/trivia games?

I believe there was a forum purge in early 2004. A lot of posts before that point were deleted. What happened in early 2004?

If it's not basic HTML, I'm lost. This would actually fall mostly under the templating, not the skinning, so it's some weird hybrid of XML and PHP to create HTML.

There are some global mods, myself included, who don't spend as much time in the game fora as we probably should. Plenty of us hang out in General though.

I will ask Sylae to take a look. The forum skins are edited in raw CSS, and that goes right over my head.

Sorry, I misunderstood. The topic title does appear in the name of the page though. You should see it at the top of your browser window without having to scroll up.Ya, I know that. But the "Next Unread Topic-->" link is supposed to be there for convenience. I do not find it convenient without the name of the topic on each post. Just saying.

You can click on the circle or star next to the thread title to go to the oldest unread post in a thread. It shows a circle for threads in which you have not posted and a star for threads in which you have. There are some things I miss about the old board. Not UBB specific but just the new layout is taking some getting used to. For example, I just noticed that the title of the thread is no longer at the top of each person's post. When I click the "Next Unread Topic-->" link it brings me to new unread content but without the name of the topic on the posts I have to scroll to the top of the page to know what I'm posting in, anyway. I'll note this in the proper thread, too.

She was a mod while SoF was active, but I don't think lowercase lilith (or lowercase thuryl) existed back then.
