Avernum 3 is all right once you get used to it. But it's annoying that if you don't destroy the monster plauges all the towns get destroyed . So i just eliminate all the monster plauges at the biggining and do all the side quests in the middle and finish the game. Although it gets boring when you play it 12 times in a row like i did.

I like awakened because they're kind to you and don't hate your guts (unlike the takers) and don't boss you around (unlike the loyalists and barzites) and have a disire to live peaceful lifes and be treated like equals.

You don't. in A2 you go to erika's tower use the flying orb to cross the river, go to the lava tunnel, go to the end of the lava tunnel then go to the portal and click on the portal cordinates "eas ter egg" and your there. for A3 at rentar's fortress you go to the room with two runes and put a pair of pants on the west rune then step on the other one and your there. I'm not to sure about A1 though. If anyone knows the A1 easter egg please tell me. (POST 50 YAY!!! )

Its possible that the reason why they lose most of their emotions is because they take to much power at once rather than taking it slowly and giving time for their bodies to ajust to the changes the geneforge made.

I discovered it by searching for "great adventure games".It came up with the most results so i downloaded it and from that point forward i was hooked. My favorite Avernum game is Avernum 2.
