After using move_to_new_town, what is the easiest way to immediately call a state in the new town being moved to?

You mean those spell things have a purpose? I thought they were for decoration. Other than heal, that is.

Thanks for the advice. I'm playing a warrior with ranged shaping backup, currently a gazer and a drayk. I don't really have a huge essence pool to play with at the moment. I'm around level 34. I'm thinking I'm gonna go around elsewhere and come back when I'm stronger. I'm sure a skilled player would have no problem with him in my position, but, alas, I suck.

What's the best way to kill him/her?

So here's the scoop, I'm making a short scenario and am looking for beta testers. The scenario is half movie half scenario, with only two interactive town/dumgeon levels. You can do much more damage in Avernum.

I'm sad to say it, but I have to stand with tEH dahlay llama on this one. Other than the BoX's Avernum 4 is my favorite. Then again the only other ones I've played was Exile III, so I'm hardly the best judge in this matter.
