Understated Ur-Drakon Callie
Well, if you've already purchased the game you can copy it from your old computer from the laptop. However, I assume this isn't the case. If so, e-mail Jeff along with your registration information and he should send you a new registration code. Unflappable Drayk Jeran Korak
Wouldn't copying it violate the right?

Unflappable Drayk Jeran Korak
The intent means nothing, its the principle.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
Jeff does allow copying for the same user to different computers. Especially since it helps him know how well the games work on more configuarations. After all he isn't the Evil Empire that got a royalty even when their operating system wasn't installed on a computer.

The only principle Jeff and any sane owner of intellectual property adhere to is "don't rip me off, and I won't rip you off". Don't let the mafia scare you into thinking that all copyright is evil. Then it's a good thing, since I've needed to do this on several occasions, usually when moving files to a new computer. And as I've said in other similar threads, I always buy the games on CD, which makes the move much easier.
