Fledgling Fyora snow
Are there any bad side effects if you threaten merchants into lowering their prices? Just arrived in Goldcrag and the eye that welcomed wanted me to be nice, wouldn't mind a discount though. Just worried I might regret it later on, I remember some games punishing you for being greedy or evil.
Hatchling Cockatrice Randomizer
There usually isn't anything bad and a few will lower their prices or agree to trade with you when they wouldn't before. There is one in the Dhorla Woods who won't sell you potions if you go into her private rooms. Welcome to Spiderweb Software. Please leave your sanity at the door. The games here don't punish you too much for being a greedy, amoral thief.

Understated Ur-Drakon Earth
at Dhorla Stead there's 1 merchant who won't trade with you unless you threaten her, can't remember what she sells since I only once looked her inventory (didn't bought any due lack of gold). Ineffable Wingbolt Superba
The one in Dhorla Woods: you will return to her place for a quest, only after the quest is completed you have access to some magical stones she sells. Then you can explore her quarters, she will not be pleased but at that point you already have everything she could give. I know, this is not polite...
