Easygoing Eyebeast VCH Posted March 15, 2011 Share Posted March 15, 2011 I would have really appreciated an end-game warning message prior to entering the caves under Castle Vebeaux. Jeff does tell us that we should change scarabs, and retrieve any lost companions, but I didn't clue in that he also meant we could no longer finish any outstanding quests. When I faced Redbeard I had a lot of unfinished quests I really wanted to do. I play these games with quick-saves so I never have any older saves. I was kind of expecting a battle with The Wayfarer, Click to reveal.. a.k.a. Shadow Tarkus, but Redbeard mops him up whichever side you choose.
