A few weeks ago, I killed the ogres and hellhounds in Rockfall Canyon at the scorched battleground. . . where the 3 dead hands are. At that time, I found a token of honor . . . a tattered flag. . . that enabled me to get more training in Avadon. I am now replaying the game and just killed these creatures again. . . but this time, there's no token of honor anywhere on the scorched battleground or bodies. Any idea what the problem is?

Well, I saw a post that referred to something like this, and it's one of the things I've tried unsuccessfully to figure out. From the area with the infernal, there is one passage due east, one southeast and one due south. I tried them all and was either boxed in or immediately overtaken by the dragon. I am clearly not understanding what to do. . .

I find that I'm quite the whiner tonight. . . Now I am at the part where the main character is trapped inside Vardegras the dragon's lair while he negotiates with Miranda. I've made it to the area with the bound infernal and have killed all the other critters that have appeared, but have no idea what to do next. I heard V and M arguing about the "pest in the lair" and assume that M is coming after me, but where and how and what do I do? I've found a post that makes reference to fighting the infernal, but that hasn't gone well at all. I could really use some help! Thanks!

Found it at last! But not much to see or do. . . is there a way to get through the barred gate near there?

I have walked through these areas countless times already without finding any hint of hidden switches. Sigh. . . very frustrating.

I'm having trouble finding a way to look under Councillor Philana's house for the noise she says she hears. I assume this is related to getting the tools for Laira, too. I have read posts about tools for Callan, but I haven't gotten that quest from her. Maybe I've mixed them up so they can't be done? The Commander just keeps saying the tools aren't Laira's, and she can't have them. Tips?

My problem is that I can't get to the stone circle. It's marked on the map, but there's a gate blocking the entrance to the area.

I'm having difficulty with this same quest. . . I have the trapped lair marked on my map, but can't see how to get to the drake. I'm likely missing something really obvious and simple.

So does all this mean that if your main character stays true and loyal to the Pact and declines these self-serving side quests, they will all desert you at the end?

I saw that obelisk.. . when I opted to touch it, a seemingly endless parade of skeletons appeared and reappeared. Is this the puzzle you're talking about?

Well, I've gone as far east as I can find openings. . . there's a barred gate in the east, but I haven't been able to get through it.

Down through which place? The underground lair or the cactus maze itself? I've tried both with no more success. . . sorry to be so dim.

Sigh. . I hate asking what is probably an obvious question with an obvious answer. . . but I can't find Hundred Claws. I've been all throughout the lair and killed dozens of ogres, including the alchemist and blacksmith. There are two places I can't get to. . . one is a locked door and the other is a barred gate. Where is the big enemy?

I see the location for the zephyr/Ibu's spirit marked on my map, but can't figure out how to get to it. I'm sure I'm overlooking something simple. . . but I could use a tip. Thanks!

I finished A6 without using a cheat! Yay, me! lol I complained a lot on this forum about what I found to be the extremely high difficulty level of A5, so was relieved to find this one much more playable for me. I enjoyed the story and the various options for the characters. I struggled throughout the game with finding locations on the map. At the end, I wasn't able to get credit for completing horde's slaves, because I couldn't refind the scouting party. I couldn't complete honeycomb horrors or the slith spy because I couldn't ever find the right location for either one. That was frustrating to me. . . folks on this forum tried to help me, but to no avail. I had stumbled across Avadon a couple of years ago and enjoyed the replayability of that one. That sent me looking for more, and I played A4 and Escape from the Pit. I wish I had done them in a better sequence, but each one does stand alone well. Thanks for many hours of enjoyment and for all the help from various forum members!

I killed the captain and all those folks long ago and, as far as I knew, Breck escaped. I have gone back to Bargha and just committed terrible genocide on the whole town and still no Breck. Can you tell where I went wrong?

I let Breck out earlier in the game and have now made it to the dragon's realm. But I don't find Breck anywhere there. Supposedly he will want the research books I've been collecting, but he doesn't seem to be there. Any idea what's going on?

So are you saying the wheel must already be opened? If so, where do I go next? I'm even more confused. . .

I found this little party and got the quest to save the slaves, which I have done. And, as usual, I can't find my way back to her to report completion of the quest. I'm looking just west of Ft. Dranlon in those tunnels. . . is this the right area? Is there a secret button or something I'm missing? I'm directionally challenged in real life, so I'm not surprised I get so lost in a virtual life. . . :-/
