I don't understand this. Then again, I'm probably one of very few here that has a smidgin of an idea with computers, sciences and all that crap. Have I ever mentioned I'm blue collar?

If I truly didn't care, I would of said nothing. I think I'm pretty close though.

I've never heard of any of those games, nor am I even tempted to Google them

1. I found Exile 1 on an old MacFormat disc. Then eventually I found E2, E3 and Nethergate and later copies. It took me ages to finally download and try the other games.

 

2. I never even thought about it.

I, for one think your posts can break the monotony a bit. Gets people to think a bit, and outside the square a little bit.

Although I agree with that for the most part, there are a few cold spots. In A3 I remember there were some sliths that couldn't work because it was to cold. I think I may have heard that the rivers can be a bit chilly.

Well, I haven't got much, but anyways.

 

-I can be a bit fundamentalist sometimes. I even looked into Islam a few times.

-Although I won't sleep with anyone until I'm married, I don't see going down that road critical. In fact, I'm quite happy to ignore that whole thing completely.

I think that Avernum would work quite well as a book. And for some reason, if it was made as a movie, I'm picturing it looking like a Lord of the Rings sort of thing.

I've met a small hand full of people who all watch CSI, NCIS and all that crap, and think that they know how to get away with things. Highly annoying.

If you were filling it, it would be therefore half full. If you drank half a glass though, it would be then half empty.

Going through an entire game without actually killing enemies yourself is somewhat of a feat, even if cheats were used. Epic just comes down to personal opinion.

I dont mind the whole cliffhang thing, specially since im the one thats gettin hung

One of my favourites was, I can't remember the name of the game, but it played mostly Chopin's Valses. It was very well done, and it changed nicely between the songs when you went into different areas.

The only thing I can think of that could -possibly- add to this is lifestyles, competition for resources and available land areas.
