Having played spiderweb games for a good deal of time now there are two things that just out of curiosity I wanted to share with you guys:-
1. Considering that spiderweb spends or does little advertisement HOW did you come to know of it?
2. Have you tried to persuade others to play these games and if you have hat has been the response?
For me when i bought my computer i got a CD of small games which contained the demo of Avernum 3( and that waas the start of a long love affair, going strong till now).
Also i have really really tried to make other guys play these games but my success rate has been about 1/2 out of 12 or something, It's not as if i haven't tried hard, even going to the trouble of giving them a detailed history of Avernum but somehow all i have got in return are some mild
abuses for wasting precious hours of their time.
Hoping for some interesting stories here..

Yes, that's what I loved most about A5. I was really hoping that we would be able to explore both mainland avernum and northern frontier in A6. That would have been epic, but i guess that would have also made the game length too long to be well managed. -

Stories about wars,
The winning side: Ye know they were twice our number but against our strength they fled like little kittens.
The losing side : Ye know they were ten times our number, but we fought till the end, if only we were more they would have fled like little kittens.
Time to time it's hard to believe that it's the same war if you hear the story from the losers , neutrals and winners.

Only thing I can think of is that they are lighter, so they might be better for low level characters who can get encumbered due to lack of enough strength.
Characters who aren't primarily built for melee use might benefit with some additional skills and resistance.

Waiting outdoors does not recharge spell energy. -
Yeah recharging happens only when you come back from outdoors, not basements and such. I never liked this but that's the way it is.

Just go back to any friendly town and it should be done.

Have you tried C/C++ ? Personally I had say they should be the first step of every guy who wants to do programming.

No you don't need to alert them, It is possible to slip past them, The skin was probably in a drum north of the left room behind shapers, but i am not totally sure.

I had the same problem with G3 demo but reinstalling fixed it, have you tried that?

I totally agree with point 5 , the rest while annoying seem to be necessary for various reasons.

You need to find the slith plans and give them to the commander of fort Dranlon, I do not exactly remember where they were.

I read this in the autobiography of A P J Abdul Kalam. ( He is known as the missile man of India and is basically responsible for all missiles India has at it's disposal today)
What basically happened was that he finished 9th in a group of 25 where they had to select only 8 guys for a post in the Indian air force, deeply disappointed he went to a sage in Haridwar who told him :-
"Accept your destiny and go ahead with your life. You are not destined to become an Air Force pilot. What you are destined to become is not revealed now but it is predetermined. Forget this failure as it was essential to lead you to your destined path. Search, instead, for the true purpose of your existence. Become one with yourself, my son! Surrender yourself to the wish of God,"
I know such things help little when you are sad and down, but you just might want to read it when you are in a better mood, I mean it worked out really well for him in the end.

Yeah it's common in general but it will be a first( correct me if i m wrong) for spiderweb. -
There is no such setting in Avadon.
( Although if the game is slowing down you can choose to play with minimal graphics available in Game settings -> Graphic extra details, but i guess that's not your problem.)

Apart from the attack on tower of Magi, Mysterious deaths in new cotra,and theft of the orb of tharlani,( along with ruined towns), I don't think anything else changes.

It might have been changed in A3 , I am about 95% sure of fighting a lot of times.

Difficulty level has nothing to do with exp.

Lvl 15 is really too low to be fighting rotgroths.

I don't think you can kill the army , I remember that i tried about 20 times or so and then gave up.

As far as I know there has been no mention of A7 from jeff's side,
also considering how small a company spiderweb is any drastic changes in engine are pretty much ruled out.
