I had this kind of problem repeatedly throughout Avadon (not being able to find the quest-giver in order to complete the quest). It's worth keeping track of who asked you to do what and where that person is.

Well here are the exact steps:-

1.Kill the wretch leader Onghror.

2.Go tell that to Zhethron.

3.Come back to Avadon and tell that to Miranda,she should ask you to see Redbeard ,if not then there is some step that you have missed.

I am a bit confused about your exact question, but still I can tell that the only quests you absolutely need to do to advance in the game are the ones given by Miranda and Redbeard, if you have killed the leader of the wretches you can go back to Zhethron and Miranda, tell them that you have done it and then Miranda should tell you what to do to advance in the game.

Which brings me to the question:- why do some people laugh much more than others, is it something in the genes?

You can use the canisters before or after training, no issue with that, but yeah you must not increase trainable skills with skill points before training if you wish to, well, train.

Unfortunately I don't think there is any other way of picking up items, but honestly it shouldn't be that big a bother.

Edit:- The ability screen can be accessed from the top right corner of skill screen.

I will also add that i am not this bad at ordering things generally, it's just that I feel more for some questions than others.

They have not abandoned it, they have Barred it. For good reason. Nobody lives in most of Alaska, is it any less US territory?

You don't kill people just beause they somehow landed in Alaska, American or not.

They're on Shaper territory. Shaper laws apply.

Shapers have abandoned the island for 200 years or so, they are practically on no man's territory.

Unstable creations also do damage when absorbed.

The biggest reason I avoid Windows as a main OS is that it's labor-intensive and inconvenient to maintain. On Windows I end up putting as much effort into keeping the stupid thing secured and updated as into getting work (and play) done. The security stuff especially is ridiculous.

I installed it in 2009, and never did any of that stuff apart from installing an antivirus, it still works fine enough.

Besides it's much easier making jokes about them, the other OS's don't really land themselves for puns so nicely .

Oh,I am pretty sure Win 8 isn't bad but i love XP too much to see it go, what helps the matters is that I only use a desktop so all that talk of same window for diff. things doesn't matter to me.

That's actually quite normal, once you develop an I'm a "stupid tough Jerk" aura around you it can be pretty hard to shake it even if you want to, Internet gives such people a chance to do that.

Just a clarification for Raust, being on a barred island and attempting to kill a Shaper (you when you first start) are both crimes punishable by death.

Besides, these are the laws of the Shapers, why should they apply to some completely different set of people?

I mainly refer to the barred island law, killing someone is of course much more serious and probably deserves action.

Is there a cap for player and creation levels?, I was trying to fool around with script and found that it was perfectly possible to get level 500 cryoas.
