There was an area out by Fort Kriszan that had them respawning slimes. That'd be the only place I can recall.

There was also the orchard by Camp Samuels where the slimes respawned....I hated that section, I always had to fight them everytime I walked by.
  2. Oh my god, those clips were awesome. I especially loved the Sound of Music one. The T-Mobile one is good as well though, because it shows random people just starting to dance (not part of the group in other words).

Would I do it? That's a tough one....I don't consider myself a very good dancer. And I would feel embarrassed at the beginning if there's not a lot of people dancing around me. But yeah, it looks like a lot of fun, I might consider it.

  3. Why don't you go look through the various scripts in the game folder and see whether you can find them.

I would think that's where they would be. Also, look at the various images in the game folder as they correspond to the two different endings.

  4. I watch a morning news show that gives updates on traffic, weather, etc, and that's basically the only show I watch that has news.

I don't usually go looking for news, only when I hear something important from someone, like a colleage or someone on here, then I'll go search for it on google.

  5. Thanks everyone for the congrats!

That's why I made this topic, lol....I don't seem to post as much as other people that's why I'm impressed I made it to 1000.

Actually what really helped my post count was playing the first two Darkside Loyalist games and I guess becoming a mod helped too. Or else it would have taken me longer to reach 1000 posts.

  6. My sister works at a McDonalds, and I believe she quite enjoys it. She works with a good group of people, and she has a fun time.

She especially enjoys the fact that they have healthier options now, like wraps and salads and yogurt.

As for myself, I don't go to McDonalds very much, I can't afford to eat fast food that often. I cook for myself and my daughter at home, sometimes my experiments work out and sometimes they don't. tongue

I think I've gotten quite good at it though, my boyfriend compliments me quite a bit on my cooking.

  7. If anyone's ever in Toronto, Canada, feel free to message me and we can meet up! Maybe we can go to a bar and have a couple of drinks....if you're +19 that is. tongue

I live in a big city but I'm the only one I know who plays Spiderweb games (except for my brother). It's too bad I couldn't make it out to Tyran's meetup in January. frown

I've only talked to people from here on AIM or MSN.

So they're like Anne McCaffrey's Rowan series of books? The saga that starts with Rowan and then continues with her children and then their children? That would be interesting.

Just realized I'm missing Heretics of Dune, but I'm still going to read the books before that. Maybe I'll get it for Christmas! laugh In fact I might as well get all the rest of the books while I'm at it.....maybe I'll like them, maybe I won't, we'll see.

Exactly, I read on wikipedia that Chapterhouse Dune produced some plot points which had to be resolved with two more books, written by his son and Kevin J. Anderson.

For that reason, I am not including in the Dune books I am going to be reading.
  10. Finally finished reading the Malloreon pentalogy (in honor of David Edding's death a couple of months ago). Very good, but decided not to dive into "Polgara the Sorceress" and "Belgarath the Sorcerer" quite yet.

Have decided to re-read the Dune book (which I read more than 10 years ago) and finally read the other 3 books written by Frank Herbert (disregarding "Chapterhouse Dune" for now, as I read that opened up more plot points that he was not able to complete before he died).

  11. Makes perfect sense to me too. People tend to learn from their mistakes, whether they're in personal situations or learning in school.

Plus making a mistake on something gives you more motivation to do it right the second time.
