According to the Book of Answers for A5, under Tranquility Quests, Solberg's Tower, the first quest listed is South Tower Sentinel. To kill it you start off with melee, then fire, acid, poison, repel spirit and finish it off with magical energy. My problem is I didn't finish it off fast enough for Tia so she said go back and do it again. Problem number 1 it's not there! Problem number 2 maybe it's because I didn't have any poison??? that I couldn't kill it. Regardless, from this thread, I can see there's more at stake than just the sentinels! Hope someone comes up with the solutions.....

I'll preface this tale with the following-I've gone back over past posts and not seen anything relating to this.... I finished the tests (successfuly) found the exit and went through the doorway when a message showed up on the screen to the effect that my pack was now a little lighter! An understatement to be sure! I didn't lose everything but the important ones were as follows; nephil warblade(10-20 dmg +4str +4dex) ceremonial longbow (15-45 dmg) " leggings (incl +4str) I'm sure there were other items, as well. But to lose 8str and 4dex.....as you can imagine, this has been bugging me. So, is there more than one exit? Is this a bug? If so I'll go back and try again. I see these items included in Synergy's list of items and wonder if my stats aren't high enough or something....Thanks for the help.

Hey, aks, too bad you didn't post this 4 or 5 days ago as I just received A5 Tuesday (for my PC!), killed that sucker this morning and just finished reading all about what I did wrong, oops... Tell me, is it worth going back over the saved games and then going back to town to get the quest?

Lucheiah, you say you have to download the demo from the site....yeah I got that, but what site??? I just got off Spiderwebs' home page and they say they just released A5 for Macs. The release for Windows might be late Feb or early March... maybe that's why your still waiting, you think! Anyhow, I think I'll order the trilogy package while I wait. Inever got to play A1-2-3 so this should keep me busy. Thanks for trying....

Guys, I appreciate the prompt response, but I'm looking at a catch 22 situation in that I don't have a registration code and don't know how/where to find one! I've got my order form all filled out and ready to go except for that minor detail.....more info please.

Finished A4 last week and now going around for the second time but would like to purchase a copy of A5. I'm in the boonies of Northeastern Nova Scotia and the most popular outlet doesn't even list Spiderweb Games on their computor. Looks like my best source is going to be on-line. Any recommendations....? Thanks.

I mentioned that I was a newbie, right.. should also have said that I was computer illiterate! Instead of hitting Shift I was hitting the Space bar! Thanks for being so emphatic in your response..made me look at the keys. And it works with or w/o Alt, which was in Relle's Walkthrough not from MSN. Anyhow, I'm off to the races, see you.....

I got A4 by downloading it from MSN Games and have been playing it for a couple monthes. I finally found this Board and discovered Relle's walkthrough and the subject of "cheats". It says "To use them, press Alt+Shift+D to open the prompt...." Well, this doesn't work for me, nothing happens. Is this because I downloaded the game? Do you have to be in combat mode? I've never used cheats before and as a relative newbie didn't know what to expect, so would appreciate your comments as I, too, am tired of having to go back to base to refresh. Thanks in advance....
