Dark Mage

i recently discovered that a lot of people play with "weird" parties, like just mages, or go solo... i always played with the default party! a human soldier, a nephil archer-thief, a slith pole-berserker, and a mage and a priest, and in exile whit a hybrid mage. i hope that in avernum 4 the 6 characters parties come back

so,anyone know how works the anatomy skill? is just for the absolutely useless first aid or it work for kill better some monsters too?

i remember taht in exile i really had troubles with encumbrance, specially with the mages, basically cause i didn't understand encumbrance

well i never played nethergate very much, i usually play avernum and geneforge but just for damn curiosity, there will be nethergate 2 or their fans will just have 1 game for worship? hey im close to be a journeyman, horray for me!

well Taiko that almost ALL of us want the spells back, some people (like me fir example) has writen a HUGE wish list for avernum 4.Oh, you didn´t knew that erika died?well she dies in the end of the game, in renthar-irno keep,but then you win the game.but dont worry that erika will be resurrected soon, right mister developer? . i see that you are new here, isn´t nice?

well people that is, who is the favourite man/woman/dragon/wizard/etc of avernum? i vote for Erika, because is the greatest thing in avernum!and i like sulfras too. (because in avernum there is some VIP too)

i think that the exile series are great for a book, with some editing obviously or a tv serial and maybe then there would be a movie and jeff would be rich and will start making eveytime better games and their fans will be rewarded with free copies of his games X)(yeah right and my grandmother is a virgen)

I completely agree with solberg, avernum is better but i miss the exile spells, and maybe bashing weapons, i never used them but they were very decorative

let's just say that the world is very little and that the five empire continent are not "all" the continents and that they are of the size of USA,i like to imagine that...because i like to think that the empire is not everything in this world, take as example America that was "discovered" just 500 years ago

the stupid final gauntlet always appear in this forums!and the khot lair is in the NW corner of avernum, for get there you must take a boat from the giant docks east of bargha or go flying through the area of erika tower

if you want to know the history well this happened: Linda, the stupid woman that summoned the azde haakai in A1 has returned to the tower and she is experimenting with demons again...so the demons take the tower and destroy everything, they kill a trial mage too.after that you obviously cant return there.I remember when that happened in exile, it says that in your head you feel screams and the feeling that something horrible have happened, in A3 never happened to me.it can be very difficult if you dont have the repel spirit l3 or the ravage spirit in E3

then i was right, the Empire world isn't bigger that usa!what a tiny "world"! maybe in the same world is suposse to be the three shapers continents o geneforge that woulds be cool

well, i recently entered the blazing blade page and i found something, the maps of almost all of the continents of the avernum "world".but those maps are invented aren¿t they?or jeff really design that? and another thing that really concern me is that i always had the doubt about what is the size of valorim because it doesn't look like a CONTINENT for me it just looks like a country!and what about the others continents?maybe the avernum world isn't bigger than USA! and just a little question is about what is that area to the northwest of tinraya? it's suposed to appear setled in some future avernum game? and the last is that i really liked the za-khazi run and maybe i thought that it could be added to the avernum area, anyway what the heck is behind the stupids rocks in the rivers that go out of avernum?

well i see the point of the stupid that is the resurrection, particulary in the fact that erika died in avernum 3 at least in my game (i liked erika so much...)with the resurrection No ONE should ever die and the damn jeff world would just be overpopulated!but well, that are the little errors in the story...

well, atlast some little bit of a4 is in spiderweb page but, maybe just too little, i still dont understand what is the story in this one. and a creepy thing it seems that there is no surface world!XD i hope that i be wrong because if there is not gonnas be a surface world i want a HUGE avernum then, maybe even the zakhazi run from boa may be in

i think that i have post the order of the levers, if you need it it is: -the one with the barriers. -the one in the NW of the room -in the outpost of SE -in the NE of the room -then go to the north if you did this already i don´t know what is wrong then

there is other bug, with mass madness, not everyone use that spell nut if you use it, or maybe is my pc, you notice that the spells charms and daze your enemies. So if you charm someone still is worthless because they are dazed too

can you tell me exactly what is in bashikava, when i get that place i was in level 10 and i dont ever go back, so i never saw wath was the big mistery of that place, i won the game but now i dont have avernum for see it

what part you have trouble? in final gauntlet? the level order is: -first the one with barriers -then the one in the nw of the stalagmiteroom -then the one hidden in the outpost before the stalag room -then the room with i golem i think, entrance in ne part of the room -then at last you can go to north in the stalagmite room. well i believe that it was like that, maybe im wrong. foe get this place ypu must get the black scepter from the azde-hazaai, and the silver circlet from spire to pass sulfras

in the game always is said that is bad, but i never knew what the heck the skribane does of bad

well, i like it to DESTROY TOWNS, yeah, sometimes im bored, and i destroy towns like krizsan, shayder, and such. its quite challenging cause the guards are very tough and there is plenty of them, in exile i cast pestilence and rested, so all the townfolk die poisoned. arcane summon is REALLY useful in boa, with it i summon naga, rakshasi, skeletal warriors, etc, summon aid is like the previous arcane summon.
