  1. Yeah, I read your post -thanks for replying so quickly by the way- went back to game and noticed I had only approached the south wall and mid area. I didn't touch the north wall where I got a different message, like "now you have collected all the info you needed" or something like that. I had to kill the remaining guards though cool

And then I got the "mission completed" message you described, thank you!!!

  2. I just downloaded the demo for Windows (I have XP version). I am very happy with this game.

My problem is with the Bargha walls mission. I went to that area. Noticing the guards, I approached stuck to the walls until I got the message twice saying "from this point you are able to see... luckily you were not sent to assault this fort" or something like that, then the guards saw me, they gave me the warning, then I must have still walked too close because they went angry.

I tried escaping and only 2 of them chased ME. I dispatched them but then when I go back to town, Sargeant Cienna never takes notice of my mission, nor do I get any kind of option saying "I spied on their wall and bla bla".

Did I do something wrong? should I approach even more?

    confused

  3. I've been playing this great demo for Win, and I have a question, I don't think it'll be a spoiler.

Is there -in the full game- any visit to a friendly Nephilim town?

I love them and I wouldn't like to be killing them for some crazy mission.

Thanks for your answer in advance!

It's been ages since this game for Mac was released... It's inevitable to think that because it takes the company so long to make the Windows version, THAT is the one that should have been released first.
    1. Jeff codes on a Mac. He has always done this. He always will. Therefore, the Mac version will always come out first.
    2. The game was announce 1.5 years before it was released. I'm pretty sure that means the Mac version took longer. :p
    3. Spiderweb is comprised of 3 people. You can't expect them to port a game in a week. Heck, not even big companies do that.
    1. Sure, I know he loves mac (but I don't). laugh
    2. Err... I might not be good at maths, but add that "1.5 years" to what Windows users have to wait + the time after the mac version came out.
    3. Yeah, but I insist, if it soo difficult for these 3 people to get the Win version then... er.. I would start earlier.
Anyways, I'm just an impatient. laugh
  5. *Spoilers ahead...*

I finished the game yesterday, the plot was nice, I enjoyed seeing the end after the decisions I had made throughout the game, but I am VERY disappointed that in the final *battle* against Alwan and the creations trying to sabotage the preparations for the unbound I was only able to make 1 (ONE) Drakon or any other 4th level creation. I decided to keep my drayk and Wingbolt. I was a rebel lifecrafter who used all the canisters I found.

Yes the final battle was not tough (the shaper camp in the South of the first province was indeed hard, but still I expected all my abilities and power to be put to the test in the final battle...

So in a G5, please let us be able to make more level 4 creations!

If this is not a sarcasm, I don't see how the happiness is portrayed there: the frown and the absence of a smile give me the reason.
I insist, that servile looks like a very angry warrior, piss*d and ready to attack. Whereas, I tend to imagine them either: afraid, humble, shy and never too direct when staring (they are normally described as being looking at the ground) or,
quiet, wise and under control (like the leaders of the rebellion who have not been under Shaper control).
    Greetings!
I want that Paintbrush version!! mine (version 5.1) cannot do that kind of drawings frownfrown
  7. It's artistically interesting, but not too realistic: in the geneforge series they are not necessarily described as the raged/mad/angry creature you portrayed. I recall they are most of the times described as being afraid so I can't imagine the eyebrows showing fear with that expression the author drew here.

Even the freeborn serviles do not need to look always so angry...

    smile

  9. Yeah, G2 was a good 'ol game. Now, this is the topic for G4, so please, do play G4, meet free born serviles.

If you are a rebel like me, you will find their brightness. If you are a... sHaPeR, then they'll probably attack you, who wouldn't though, Shapers have been the cruelEST especies on earth, but that's topic for another thread.
