I am pro shaper and visited this area late in the game but there's too many monsters and they keep being generated, how do I stop the production?!

So, I've been using the iamweak cheat and got between 150-200 exp bonus. Nice, but after many times now it just gives me nothing. Is that a kind limit? like I can only use it so many times?

the geneforge 5DX.exe is not working, it gives me an error: "d3dx9_32.dll can not be found", whatever that means.

I had posted this question in a wrong place of the forum so I think this is where I should be asking for help.

I have installed Geneforge 5 version 1.0.2.

I use Windows XP Professional (5.1, Build 2600) Service Pack 2

on a laptop from 2006 with Intel® Celeron® M processor 1.60GHz and 502Mb RAM.

with directx version: DirectX 9.0c (4.09.0000.0904)

I had installed the very first version and it was "unplayably" slow. Then the testc patch was realeased and it solved the problem completely.

Then I downloaded and install version 1.0.2 and although it's faster than the very first version 1.0.0 it's way slower than the version with the patch.

I've noticed it gets slower in towns. Whenver I start a dungeon or scenario is fine, but as people/monsters appears it gets slow. So far Perikalia es the town where it gets the slowest.

I'm still playing G5 and heard about an outsider working for a Shaper named "Platano", that's funny, it means "banana" in Spanish.

Does this also replace the v101testc.exe patch which was designed to improve the slowness of some machines due to graphics conflict???

I was using the 1.0.0 version of the demo, but with my Win XP SP2 2006 laptop, I was one of those who had terribly slow perfomance turning the game unplayable. I downloaded the 1.0.1 test beta patch (or something like that ) and it solved my problems, the game started to run normally. Therefore, I'm a bit afraid of reinstalling version 1.0.0 I'd rather keep dying and being poor than not being able to play becuase it's too slow

Creating a NEW game is a requirement? or can a level 24 player also use it? I would like to start over

I just tried and it has no effect on my game I have the 1.0.1 version.

I open the trainer, open G5, load my game, alt+tab to activate the cheats and back to game to find no change at all
