Is it possible to script so that you can replace the basic creation types with pc classes? With their own unique inventory, stats and abilities. Not like alwan and greta in G3 where they are just like creations with pc sprites. It is just like having an avernum party geneforge style.

I know that would be a lot of work and maybe some of the things will be hard coded in the game. I would also like them to have essence pools and can shape too.

I think Genevernadon sounds better.

Actually, there is a sure way to know who would win in the struggle between the three great powers. Just ask Jeff. He would know since he created all of it.

What I want too coming is the option to fall off ledges and the self inflicted damage of bashing doors. Sometimes, there are some days when we are really suicidal...

Maybe Alorael has secretly formed an alliance with the fluffy turtles and he is going to take our lost sanity and transfer it to his patients so that he looks like a genius.

Why not transfer it all to himself to increase his genius? Oh wait, i've mixed up sanity and IQ again...

VR belongs to massive companies with huge staff that can handle the insane amount of coding needed for immersive gaming, not one guy in his basement.

First VR game will probably be World of Warcraft or Oblivion. Actually it is more likely to be Madden or any other sport game.

This is why Im suggesting that maybe Jeff should consider selling the rights for remaking his games to better funded companies at least before he retires.

I think there should be at least one member standing by the door to guard all of the sanity left there. After the psychiatrist finishes with them, it would be a big mess if they dont find their sanity by the door, or even worse, they could be picking another person's sanity on the way out.

Dont you guys think it would be awesome if spidweb games will be remade in the dawn of gaming in Virtual Reality? Like exploring Avernum, or the lands of Terrestia with a real body, holding a real sword and stick it in a giant's leg, pocketing items when no one sees you, and so much more.

Of course big problems will arise here. Like who will be remaking it if VR will come too far away in the future, because hey, lets face it, we are getting older and we will all die eventually and Jeff isnt exempted either. The least we want is that all of these great games here will just die along with us and be part of history.

Well, enough about dying and such stuff coz Im sure most of us want to live and see this happen in our lifetime. And Im sorry for watching too much SAO, lol.

I wish there was an option for an unaligned, factionless ending. Like those lone hero save-the-world-on-your-own types.

Well, you could use them as baggage carriers or expendable meat shields if you dont consider it cheating when playing singleton.

I really like how the topic here transisted from "goals" to "goats". It reminded me of my lunch last sunday which is a goat dish, with soup made from its bile, and, and i'll stop now..

I think we should also be partly thankful for our ancestors' "sins". Some of us wouldnt be here and alive today if some of those "sins" werent committed.
