Just waxed her in the darkside loyalist fort and she didn't drop a thing. Unless I am missing something. So just to be clear, you CANNOT join the DL if you kill Ruth at the docks right? It think the fight in Dorikas' Fortress doesn't give the drop because it uses a different script since Ruth and Dervish Tholmen can be replaced by different named versions if they are dead.
