You get the Naturewalker's Torque if you open each of the caches all over the outdoors of Valorim. Skribbane can be bought in Gale and found wherever there are Rakshasi. I don't remember where to find the last three. —Alorael, who recalls someone writing down where to find every artifact. If anyone has a link to that it would be most helpful.
