Avernum 2 - Looking for a few things

Where is Athron's Lair in Southeast Avernum? Is it behind the ogre camp?

 

Also, Where SW of Almaria is the Alien Blade?

 

And where can I find Drake Fangs?

1. Athron is in the honeycomb

 

2. The Alien blade is in a secret passage to to the south and slightly west of the wishing fountain

 

3. There are drakes that give you drake fangs when killed north of the empire docks

I believe you have to use a boat and land somewhere on the a shore north of the Honeycomb, probably by a secret passage, to reach Athron's cave. It's in A1 definitely, but I'm not absolutely sure it's still true in A2.

im not sure either, but i believe you can enter athrons lair by the honey comb in a2. it can be quite a puzzle to get through his lair, though.

What does the Fountatin do? Apart from Draining Your Money.

I don't think the fountain does anything.

 

You can reach Athron's lair via the honey comb, but then you need 20 cave lore to get past the traps. If you go by boat they are disarmed automatically.
