Most are defused by moving next to the mine and quickly clicking on it to defuse. However some require talking to an NPC and being told to move a lever in a nearby box to temporarily disarm a mine field. This one is requires talking to Trupo in the northwest before going to the Mined Ravine in the southeast and using the lever in the box next to it on the northwest edge.
