Unless the locked door is a secret way out, this doesn't seem to be true. Is there a peaceful resolution, or do I just pick a side and start killing? Then cross back and talk to the Mascha leader and suggest he leave and take the deal. Finally return to the Owen side and report success. Or kill them all and it will be very peaceful.
