Garrulous Glaahk Wind Wolf
I downloaded the demo for Avernum 2 and played it a little. I then bought the game. The demo tells me that when I quit the game a screen will come up and tell me how to register. There is no screen. If it matters I run Windows 7. Thank you for the new game! BD. Kyshakk Koan Hume
You can register at the game start page, but I would suggest to buy at gog.com. http://www.gog.com/game/avernum_2_crystal_souls Gog version is the best, steam version need to login each time you run the game, and spiderweb version need some code each time you install. Hatchling Cockatrice Slariton
The Spiderweb version doesn't require that anymore, and all the money goes directly to Spiderweb, which is nice. It isn't the absolute cheapest of the options though.
Garrulous Glaahk Wind Wolf
Thank you all for your help. I had to buy the game again but at least it works now. WW.
Hatchling Cockatrice Lilith
By the way, if you're not happy about having paid twice for the same game, Spiderweb Software has a generous refund policy: contact them directly at support@spiderwebsoftware.com and they'll sort you out.
